It has great service!
It has great service and gives us a solution with each problem. One problem I'd like to point out is that we have struggled to check in with most of our hotels (all in Saudi Arabia), yet despite this Huzaifa always helps us and gives us a solution to our problem. Majority of our taxis (if not all) were extremely friendly to talk to, thanks to Huzaifa.

Seamless, straightforward Umrah booking experience
I arranged an Umrah trip for my parents. I worked with sister Fatima who made the process of arranging everything from flights to visas easy and painless. Sister Fatima listened carefully to our requirements and proposed an appropriate itinerary. She was approachable and always willing to help. I feel confident that my parents will have a smooth Umrah experience in the coming weeks given this process has been so seamless. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my Umrah because of an unexpected medical procedure, and they treated me with great understanding and compassion. Have to repeat.
We have not long returned from our Umrah and Dubai package and I wanted to leave a further review. There were some changes in our plans for transportation between Makkah and Medina and I contacted Brother Salman back in the UK and he was able to arrange the transfers that I wanted.
He was always available via WhatsApp and this made me feel like I was truly supported and never abandoned in a foreign country.
We then had issues re entering Jeddah on our wayback home from Dubai and this was stressful and again I was panicking. Once again was able to reach Salman on the phone straight away and he was able to sort the visas.
I was more than surprised that everytime I had an issue, not only was able to contact brother Salman, but that he responded and sorted it out for us.
He even checked in with me a couple of days after we returned to the UK to make sure we arrived home safely. I would 100% use Umrah Xpress Travel to book our next Umrah package and I have already recommended them to others.
Thank you for your great customer service and special shout out to Salman. Without you things may not have been possible.
