I'm really sorry to hear your delivery has been delayed – that’s not the experience we want for our customers. Your order was shipped from us on July 29 and received by Instabox the same evening. Normally, delivery happens the next working day, but in this case it's been delayed until August 4.
Unfortunately, we haven’t received any information from the carrier about the cause, but it's likely due to high volumes and limited summer staffing. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We’re in ongoing dialogue with Instabox and will raise this issue with them – but more importantly, we hope your package arrives tomorrow and that you’ll be happy with the products once they arrive!

When an order exceeds 1000 SEK, a message appears at checkout that says, “Since your order is over 1000 SEK, we’ll add a scoop (not applicable to digital gift cards)." Next to this message, there’s a box where you need to select "Add scoop" to receive it. It looks like this option was not selected in your case, which is why the scoop was not included.
If you email us at order@tyngre.se, we’d be happy to send you a gift card for the equivalent amount, which you can use on your next purchase. Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for any confusion!
