They sell old expiry products and never come back when ask to return
This website is not fake and they deliver in an ok amount of time. Good products and no big problem except for this one problem.
When I bought the candy here I bought something called Rasberry & Licorice skulls. I actually wanted to buy Strawberry & Licorice skulls.
Basically dont only look at the picture and buy but also read what the product contains becouse some of the pictures here look exactly the same might even be the same picture.
Alright this is going to be quite a long story but I'll cut it short:
I ordered my stuff sunday, and got the tracking link monday. Found out that my parcel was going to a different city in the same municipality. Wrote an email. Waited till wednesday. Wrote another email thursday. I decided to call them and write to them on messenger. (after the usual response with opening times and stuff) I wrote that I didn't get a response and that triggered them to write back to me and tell the other workers, who were checking emails to check up on mine and they finally wrote back to me.
Keep in mind I also contacted bring about my situation, because I thought they could change pick-up point but it had to be done through the sender. (Klippkungen in this case)
After reading the contents of the mail Lars, (at Klippkungen) wrote that they couldn't change pick-up point for me and asked me what pick-up point it was headed to and I wrote back where it was headed to, and which was closest to my place. (that also had bring as a pick-up point) I looked at the tracking today and found out they managed to change it to the right location.
Here you had me losing hope saying you couldn't change the pick-up point. Don't do that to your customers and also try a little harder with the emails, other than that I'm enjoying my stuff so far even though some of it is about 1 year old because I picked something that is "to be eaten soon".
Take it from a guy who's going to be working with customer support in the near future. It's not a great idea to make your customers lose hope in a company they think they would shop at another time, realizing that it's actually a bad idea because they don't respond to emails and "can't change pick-up points".
Thank you this time around Klippkungen, glad you guys finally managed to turn my order into something enjoyable. (and have it brought closer to me)
Also 1 question: how come it said there was going to be 8,14 kgs of candy at the control tower (logtrade) and when tracking it says there is 7,7 kgs of candy?
Conclusion: Customer service and giving customers hope that their order will arrive at a closer location before it reaches end destination could be better. Order ended up in the right place, at the right time and safe, so total 4/5 experience. (hopefully I won't die because of a bit of dated candy)
Best regards,
Jakob.
