The company could not collect my mothly payement
The company could not collect my monthly payement. They informed me about it and i had tim to fix it. I changed the bank account. After that i got an email that everything was oke. I found that very helpfull and appriciated the personal contact. Thank you!

What a BRILLIANT and clear website and its so easy to understand exactly what type of Insurance you are getting. I booked my home insurance with them and I will book my car insurance with them also. I wish they would provide Health Insurance too.

Having been waiting for over 26 hrs for an Electrical Emergency Call out, i have found their service shameful.
No communication, agents hanging up, agents being rude. Terrible company to deal with. Will NOT be renewing our policy i,m afraid.
