We enjoyed being able to customize our trip to our preferences. The hotels were comfortable, and the flights were convenient. The only problem we had was that the rental car company is charging us $2500 for a tiny scratch.

International Trip was excellent
We just arrived home from our trip and couldn't have been happier with all of our arrangements! The hotels were perfect for what we wanted, the transportation was great, add-ons were terrific. It made the trip so easy and relaxing. We will definitely being using Tripmasters again for planning.

Customer service is always great
Customer service is always great, and hotel choices were good. My only negative comment is on the excursions part of the website. Why are we unable to select and save the types of tours we are interested. As it stands now you have to, each time you are searching, unclick all the tour types you are not interested in. This is very arduous, and you have to do this EVERY time you do a search. This should be an easy fix, not sure why you don’t attend to that. Even your agents agree this needs to be fixed.

Well planned out
Well planned out, good suggestions for accommodations, good airport transport. We found the tours we booked at the hotel better than the ones booked in advance. Also, allow more time in some places like Iguazu Falls.

Wonderful 8 days trip to Italy

BLOWN AWAY BY CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING TYPHOON
We booked our first international trip through Tripmasters and they are absolutely incredible. All the hotels were excellent, all our flights were perfect as were all our train reservations. We did 5 cities in Japan.
Unfortunately, there was a typhoon in Japan, but they helped me rebook our flights so we could stay in Osaka and continue our vacation and continue the fun and feel safe. The Agents were excellent and so easy to work with. They answered the phone right away and they got me answers right away. They were 100 percent in touch with the situation and the airlines and were 100 percent aware of what was going on in the country we were traveling in.
I'm blown away by their customer service on the phone and on chat. Shout out to Melvin. They went out of their way to make us feel safe and do everything possible to make our trip perfect, The crisis line called me back promptly - exactly as they said they would. I will never use another agency!
