We will not be using Tripmasters again
We will not be using Tripmasters again. I have used this company several times to book my European vacations, but no longer. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with them when I checked into my hotel in Vienna which had non functioning air conditioning. The hotel lied and said it was working so my family suffered all night long. The next day the hotel said the entire second floor was without air and that it would be fixed later that day. Shame on Tripmasters for not helping us move hotels to one with a working air conditioner. This hotel that was recommended by Tripmasters also had holes in the sheets and rips in the furniture. The quality control has significantly gone down hill with Tripmasters.

From flights to hotels, the whole trip was wonderful.
My only suggestion would be for Tripmasters to continue improving their website so that it’s easier to search for hotels with features you’re looking for like parking, elevators, AC, etc.

The whole process was amazing, from easily booking online to editing the hotel and flight to my liking, the hotel itself was wonderful so close to the Vatican (a 7 min walk) and staff was amazing!

Tripmasters is always so responsive and…
Tripmasters is always so responsive and helpful. Anything is possible. Rates are so reasonable. On our recent trip to Greece and Italy they worked with us to book a cruise in the middle of our trip. We needed to end our trip early. They assisted us in getting return flights at a very reasonable rate for the next day AND secured refunds from our hotel and excursion. This is our 3rd time using them and always a great experience.

Italian trip - Milan, Florence, Venice, and Dolomites
Everything was planned out for us, we just had to choose and/or confirm our choices. Hotels were safe and clean. There was an issue with our water taxi for the 5 of us in Venice but it ended up getting worked out. Experience was wonderful and we will use again.

TripMasters was flawless!
We were incredibly apprehensive about the site and its ease and convenience, thinking it was too good to be true. But everything was amazing, easy, and at an incredibly great price.
TripMasters planned our Yucatan Peninsula trip down to the last detail, allowing us to select from hotels and events that perfectly suited our needs. Not one element went wrong.
Our trip was genuinely complex: international flights, three different cities, each with an excursion, transfers between each location, and a different airport at the start and end. That's international airfare, three cities, four transfers, three excursions, and two airports, all coordinated flawlessly by TripMasters. The hotels matched our expectations exactly, even with the upgrades we selected. Every transfer arrived on time with professional, responsible drivers. Our excursions were expertly guided, on time, and stunning. Martin brought profound knowledge of Mayan heritage and culture to Chichen Itza, while Alex brought an anthropologist's perspective to Tulum that was equally memorable.
TripMasters is now our go-to website, and we can't wait to tell our friends and family about it!
