Their website is very misleading. Although they claim that certified translations are priced at a maximum of 250 words per page, this is not actually the case for certain certified translations such as NAATI. The problem is that this exception was not disclosed before I placed my order. I complained to their support team about it, but they were not helpful. I will not be using their services again.

I would recommend. Rush translation is a better option. Much better customer experience.

With this company, I had to follow up to remind them to ship my translation as it was “missed”. Once arrived, the documents wrre creased and worn. I won’t be able to use it. Now, I’m having back and forth for a refund for the physical copy since there is additional cost + shipping cost.

I placed my order for the translation of a single page document at around 17h00 and, even though I only paid for the standard service as my requirement wasn’t urgent, my order was completed before 19h00 the same day. I had a very positive experience with the document transaction process. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, with clear, prompt communication throughout. The transaction went smoothly, and I appreciated the support provided. I would gladly recommend this service to others.

They advertised Portuguese to Spanish translations (among others), so I requested a quote and after getting it, paid. After some days, I got a email saying they couldn’t provide it directly and only offered Portuguese to English then to Spanish. Having a tight deadline, this wasted valuable time and I had to request a refund. They should be more transparent about their limitations since the beginning, so we decide base on real options and don’t waste our time.

The absolute best certified translations available. Translayte is incredibly quick, accurate and above all, provides excellent customer service with the same speed.

The process is extremly slow and they are not responsive, the order was place on 20July and delivery date is 13 july. After waiting for 2 weeks they still havent dekiver the document. After reaching out to them they respond either "We will try our best" or no response at all. It is a waste of money and time

Fair prices. Fast processing. Well-designed website that allows you to leave notes for the translator.
The translated document is submitted for review before final approval, giving you the chance to communicate any changes or improvements.
Room for improvement: It would be good to display shipping costs directly during the ordering process. Currently, you can only add shipping for the original document after the order has already been placed (17€ for shipping of 1 site from Poland to Germany).

Worst translation service out there. Use literally anyone else. No communication. Non-responsive on issues. They got my name wrong on my birth certificate and refuse to fix it. More than 14 days and more than 30 messages sent on Whatsapp and in their tool. How can you be this incompetent?

Easy site to use. Documents were translated very quickly. A great service and I was kept informed every step of the way. Well done to all.

The initial service was perfectly OK. Uploading the documents to be translated and confirming the order, and receiving a notification that the translation had been completed all went very smoothly. So the technology side of things was fine.

The problems began when Translayte had sent an email confirming a delivery date - I had also paid extra for delivery with UPS Express Saver. After 2 days of the UPS status not changing I phoned Translayte for an update and was told "it is normal for the UPS status to not change" - apparently this meant delivery would be the next day, which seemed an unlikely explanation. The weekend passed, another phone call, more emails and suddenly I was told that the translation would be have to done again and re-sent out for delivery, so the original explanation I was given was clearly a lie.

Long story short, the original translation (a new translation was never done - visible on the date of the original translation which I received in advance electronically) was delivered with UPS, one week after the confirmed date, and the envelope had tyre tracks on it, and the documents inside are now so creased and worn, they are completely unusable.

Typical agency I guess...lots of cool software, but when you actually need something delivered, not reliable. I would not recommend using this company.
