I placed an order last night
I placed an order last night, not realizing that they were charging in USD. I contacted the company, in writing, exactly 10 minutes later to cancel my order. They stated they would be charging me 50% of the amount because the work was already started. My documents were not touched within 10 minutes - so this is a B.S. excuse. After some emailing back and forth they said they would chage me about $56 - No, they charged me the full amount of the order. I have demanded a full refund because frankly charging me even the nominal amount for an order I cancelled within 10 minutes is unacceptable business practice. I am reporting to the better business bureau.

Poor customer service
My order is currently with TranslateSwift, it’s been 5 days and I have no ETA on the outcome. Every time I have reached out , I get promise of escalation with no feedback. The advertisement of quick turnaround is misleading.

I have had no communication from your team since logging the order. I am happy for you to upload any proof of communication that you are referring to.
I have made several attempts via chat and on each occassion I was advised that the order is in progress with no ETA. I would appreciate if the order can be completed and if there is delay then an ETA be provided. Thanks

You placed an order with us on 24th August, and our team immediately began working on it with the aim of delivering it to you as soon as possible. However, the following day, you emailed us to inform us that you had uploaded the wrong documents for translation and that you wished to cancel the order.
As a result, our team had to stop the translation process. We then followed up with you on a daily basis regarding your order; however, we did not receive a response to any of our emails.
One hour before leaving this review, you informed our team that you no longer wished to cancel the order and instead wanted us to proceed with the translation of the original documents.
Our team received your request and promptly confirmed to you that the order had been placed back into processing and that the documents were being translated.
We would therefore like to clarify that the delay in this case was not caused by an issue on our side. We cannot complete a translation while a customer has instructed us that they wish to cancel the order and that the translation work must be stopped.
For 99% of our projects, orders are delivered before the estimated delivery dates displayed on the order page. In some cases, an estimated delivery date may not be met due to personal scheduling issues affecting translators. When this happens, we keep our customers updated regarding the situation. However, this was not the case with your order.
We appreciate your feedback, but we believe it is important that the circumstances surrounding the order are represented accurately.
