absolute worst

absolute worst! no Help with their bad sending via Correos that has incredible bad tracking.
Disinterested customer service and extra payment in case of not being home. No solutions and bringing the packet to a location unreachable.

Hello Ben Blase, we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. The Vehicle Registration Certificate is sent via Correos (Spanish Postal Service). They make two delivery attempts to the address you provide, and if you are not home, they will leave it at the nearest post office. You can track your shipment at any time via the SMS they send you. If the package is not collected from a post office within 5 days, it will be returned to the sender, and sending it again will incur an additional courier fee.

This was so easy to do the transfer of our car

This was so easy to do the transfer of a car with in Spain, This company is the best in my opinion, everything was spot on, as an British person buying a car privately in Spain the paperwork could be a nightmare but using this company was simple and straight forward. all paperwork correct taxes paid what more could you ask very happy with the service
