Maybe a payment over 16 hours ago! Didnt get the order. Contacted the support they said they haven’t received my payment. He confirmed all other was successful and I have been customer since last year! I made payment the usually way. Now if you don’t have my funds then this will be a civil case. Send me the address to send demand letter and claims documents to. Won’t be scammed!

After reviewing your case, we found that your order was cancelled while the payment was still in the authorized state. This means the funds were temporarily reserved by your bank but were neither successfully claimed by Transak's banking partner nor released back by your bank. In other words, the payment has not been settled.
