No card on file but they keep charging me
I forgot to unsibscribe from membership and was charged 59 euro. Once I went on the website to unsibscribe, in my account it says there is now oayment history and no card on file. How did you manage to charge me than??? How do I unsibscribe? No customer support contacts on the website.

I really like the ropes they’re solidly made and more durable than the regular BOSE ropes that I’ve purchased in the past. I had a minor issue and there Customer Service respond to me within 20 minutes and help resolve the situation. Great experience overall!

Ropes are good BUT I recommend to AVOID.
1. Received the ropes BUT
2. Unable to access the guidE
3. Few days after purchase, an UNAUTHORIZED transaction appeared on my card with TWO (2) VO2 Elite Membership indicating an unknown card number but was charged anyway.
4. Mailed support twice within the 12-H period to cancel and refund to no avail.
5. CANCELLATION option is not going through.
NOT RECOMMENDED! AVOID!

If you by something you automatically get a free trial for their rope club, which is then changed to a paid membership after one month without further notification. The option to cancel the trail is hidden somewhere in the fine print, and if you don't use the trial you will not find it at all.

Update:
After sending an mail to the customer service of the shop and explaining my problems I got a refund without any discussion. I'm very happy with this solution.
To be fair, it is my responsibility to read the conditions. I have also checked the emails from the club and there was clearly written that the membership is only free for the first month, if you don't cancel you have to pay.
I'm a little bit ashamed to write a bad review without giving the other side the time to respond. I hope the club will accept my excuse.
And sorry for my bad English. Not my native language.
