Alex at TF5-Reading
Alex, and the whole team at the Reading store, have been beyond helpful from picking out tiles, grout and trim, discussing design ideas right up to ordering and returning the spare tiles at the end. I always received a warm welcome in store and found the WhatsApp communications so helpful particularly to order additional tiles. There was always help on hand to load the tiles on collection too. Most importantly, the tiles are gorgeous and we are so pleased with the end result. We will definitely use tile flair in future. Thank you.

Excellent choice of tiles
Marcus was very helpful and friendly. We came to pick up tiles that were ordered online. Also picked up grout and Marcus gave us samples to help choose.
As it was raining we had a complimentary coffee whilst we waited for it to abate.
All in all great service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Mateusz at Tileflair Hedge End
I wanted to leave a review specifically to recognise Mateusz at Tileflair Hedge End, who provided genuinely outstanding service with a very large tile order.
I was ordering a significant quantity of 1200x1200 tiles, and Mateusz made the whole process incredibly straightforward from start to finish. He took the time to work out exactly what materials I would need, helped with quantities, matched the grout perfectly to the tiles, and made sure everything required for the job was covered.
He also went above and beyond when it came to organising and helping with the delivery. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was knowledgeable, professional, patient and extremely helpful throughout.
With an order of this size, getting everything right is important, and having someone who genuinely takes ownership and makes sure everything is properly organised makes a huge difference.
Mateusz is a real credit to Tileflair and absolutely deserves recognition for the level of service he provides. It’s been a genuinely great experience dealing with him, and based on the service I’ve received, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Tileflair Hedge End again or recommend them to others.

We bought the Rustic Multi Slate and the Elmore Wood Effect Tiles from the Tile Flair store in Swindon. The staff (Lewis, Matt and Dan) were great and so helpful from start to finish, advising us on the quantities needed. The tiles were delivered on time and there was a no quibble refund on the excess tiles we returned due to a slight change in our bathroom plan. Would highly recommend.

Very good experience
Our main contact was Paul in the Gloucester TF2 branch and we had a very good experience - The staff are knowledgeable and approachable, being on hand when required but equally comfortable leaving customers alone to browse. The recommended products, including the tiles themselves, tile cement, floor levelling compound and trowels worked very well and were of good quality throughout.

So glad my plumber recommended Tile Flair at Hedge End. The guys there are so nice and helpful, but without being pushy and overwhelming. There's a great selection, and they always offered to help me take stuff to the car. The tiles look absolutely gorgeous. Very happy.
