Customer care on the phone were so helpful when i had enquiries. They answered all with I had with patience and were very polite. Bus drivers were also very polite. My only critique would be that there is no toilet onboard especially with small kids, even though they do stop for a break halfway to destination. Will definitely be using this service again.

The entertainment on the night was excellent. The Staff were excellent as I was using a walking cane and they made it so easy to access the seats that I had in Block L.

When we arrived at the venue we were directed into the O2. We were then met by more staff who searched our bags then our tickets were scanned in and we went straight to our seats. The process was very easy, my tickets were stored in my wallet and everything was very simple. This was the first time I had used this method of storing my tickets and everything went very smoothly.

It was fantastic to see n enjoy MJs music. The performer is really good and talented together with his team the band the lights the dancers is really good. We love it n enjoy the night. So energetic we could have get more pics n vids if only allowed but its ok hopefully we could join again on their next visit. Thanking the producers n directors and the team to make it happened very well n organised...

The show was very energetic and all performers displayed a high level of skill in their performance.

The best night ever went so smoothly this time round loved it from start to end faye from steps was absolutely brill and so was the guy who played damien and his partner janice and the girl who played Regina 😀 all very good actors! Well done to them all 😊

I spent all day trying to transfer my tickets when i couldnt attend and TM wouldnt allow as the account is associated with my childhood phone number from 15 years ago. With no option to update my number and no help every time I called.
