Excellent condition, delivered on time!

Website described the plant I wanted and it was in stock. It was delivered as promised on time. The condition was excellent. Very well packaged and the plant was fresh, with healthy leaves and beautiful flowers. There were clear planting instructions, and it was a pleasure to plant it.

I ordered two clematis plants on the 1st of the month my delivery came on the 3rd i cant believe how quick they came the plan ts were well packed ,when i opened the boxes the plants were bigger than i thought they were lovely plants also i was kept uptodate all the time about delivery i can highley recomend this company .

The company did really well - a lovely healthy plant arrived on time. I planted it just as instructed.

But, a couple of days later, our tortoise totally flattened it. I am hoping it will produce new shoots from under the soil - I have erected tank traps all round it!

This is the second time I have purchased from Thorncoft Clematis, having previously purchased a Honeysuckle. This time I purchased a Dropmore Scarlet Honeysuckle which arrived well packaged and the plant itself was looking very healthy. It has not been in the ground long yet, but if the other one I purchased a few years back is anything to go on, this one will be perfect.
Communication was brilliant, as was overall dispatch & delivery time.
Would definitely purchase from Thorncroft again.

Delivery was prompt, the clematis was packed decurely and arrived in excellent condition. Really healthy looking plant of a good size. Planted in a large container and already growing and has 6 flower buds. I will definitely order again when I'm ready for another clematis.

Received my plant shortly after ordering and was kept informed about every single step from ordering to delivery. The plant arrived safely packaged and in great condition. Thorncroft Clematis were also extraordinarily helpful when I had a question about pruning my new clematis. I followed their advice and can already see fresh new growth after just a few weeks. There was a problem with my delivery address (purely my fault) and my items were returned to the company. After failing to make contact wirh me, after several weeks they tried again and I was able to arrange another delivery.
