Ordered online a tonne of MOT type 1 for my driveway. Delivered as agreed and product exactly as described.

Shortly after placing my order I received a call from Ben querying one of the items. He replaced it and refunded the difference very quickly. I then received a text message the following morning to say the order was out for delivery and Michael would be delivering it. It's not the easiest driveway to deliver to but when he arrived Michael checked exactly where we wanted the bulk bags dropped off. Excellent service all round.

Genuinely the absolute Dons of Customer Service! Not only are the range and prices great, but the delivery crew couldn't be more helpful, professional and thoughtful. To top it off I made a schoolgirl error in my latest order and they literally called me first thing to check it was actually what I wanted as it had cost me over £100 more than I needed it to. Changed the order on the spot and processed the refund within half an hour...what is this service witchcraft?!!
