Their was a cyclone and they still found a way to deliver in the middle of it!!
Firstly they provided an early notice it may not happen when the main NZ courier determined no deliveries, but they continued working with other partners and my valentines day was made perfect - thank you literally in a time of crisis feeling really down this made me feel wonderful

The most amazing service ever! So I have called to ask for a personal time for the flowers to be delivered and the store manager was so lovely and kind and got a staff to hand deliver as it was on the way to a staffs house. This made me super happy and grateful as not only was my mum thrilled but also the effort and lengths the wild rose staff went to help me. I appreciate you all highly! Will definitely be ordering from you guys more often just because of your lovely service!❤️ God bless you all!

Only thing that stopped a 5* review is that a photo of the bouquet would have been great.

Not necessarily fault of the Wild Rose but the gift never arrived. My friend has tried to organise redelivery 3 times and it never turns up and it’s really ruined the specialness of organising a gift having to communicate with couriers and follow up with her constantly. Waste of money

Had trouble with your website ordering and found I had somehow missed entering the address for the recipient so phoned the shop. The person answering was rude and kept overriding my request for getting the address correct. She felt it was not necessary to include surname and also not important to include their apartment number as it was going to a Ryman facility. Why was that so difficult? There ended up being a big mix up at Rymans and the lady I spoke to on 13th January was in complete contrast and really helpful on the phone. Also suggest you send the photo you have (of the flowers when you send them) to the person paying for them. Other florists do this and it is nice to see just what the person receives. This is not the first, or second time I have ordered (or tried to order flowers) from your shop at Takanini and been treated like a second class citizen - what is it about some of your staff. I feel they spend more time being rude to the customers than trying to make your customers enjoy the experience. Poor form really. The only reason why I have used Wild Rose is because I can actually visit the shop - I am in Conifer Grove.
