The support is perfect. I had a issue after updating the lock. The support send me a lock for the repair time. So i had only a short time without the cool function. After 2 weeks i had my own lock back and that was so far all for free of charge. Thanks to the support team.

The batteries are great; I ordered three packs, but with one of them there was a problem: it came with a micro USB cable instead of a USB-C cable. Apart from that, everything went well. The delivery was quick too.

Always great when you get good support response. These guys are in Poland and responded better than anyone I have had to rely on from anywhere else. Product is high quality. Instruction docs could be a little clearer. The lock and dial pad leave you with many options. Old fashioned key, dial pad with code, fingerprint and cell phone. No reason to ever be locked out!

The item made it as far as a warehouse in Poland and ultimately was returned to Tedee due to insufficient shipping information. Seems like a straight forward thing to ship?

I've been using the lock, door sensor and bridge for one year without any major issues. I only had a problem with the lock (outer plastic ring broken) and the support team managed the repair quickly and effectively

battery low after 3,5 weeks and 111 openings.
When I reported that the batteries included with my order were empty, customer support told me to buy new ones myself. I found that response quite inappropriate. After I replied and expressed my disappointment, they finally sent me working batteries. The issue was resolved, but only after unnecessary back and forth.

I've run a Tedee Pro with the Gerda cylinder for three years now. The thing that sold me originally is still the thing I'd point to first: it's the only smart lock I found that properly handles modern doors with no pushable outside handle. The lock physically pulls the latch, so the door actually opens from the outside when engaged — most "smart locks" just turn the bolt and leave you stuck. That capability alone is rare.

But the real test of a product isn't when it works — it's what happens when it doesn't. Last Saturday the whole assembly started acting up. I wrote to support, on a weekend, expecting to wait until Monday. Someone replied within 15 minutes. They walked me through troubleshooting the same day, we narrowed the fault down to the Gerda cylinder, and Tedee offered a free replacement on the spot. It's already shipped.

Fast, knowledgeable, weekend support plus standing behind the hardware with no argument. That's the combination almost nobody delivers anymore. Highly recommended.

Excellent service

Absolutely fantastic. Just got my Tedee Pro back from the service, because it got a bit loud after 5 years of heavy usage and it's like brand new. Great hardware, great manufacturer service and helpful staff. I am a long time user and can recommend these locks.
