During our stay at the campsite

During our stay at the campsite, we experienced the most inappropriate behavior from the camp manager. We had planned to stay for four nights, but due to her unacceptable attitude, we shortened our stay.

She told us directly that we were “not normal,” and during the conversation, she deliberately switched from English to Swiss German. This gave us the impression that she was using inappropriate or offensive language that she didn’t want us to understand. Her behavior felt extremely discriminatory and racist.

We were very disappointed and did not feel welcome at all.

Total frustration with Assista/TCS legal insurance

Whenever I need their help, Assista legal insurance finds a way to reject my case saying that it is not covered. It is a complete frustration, I am terminating my contract and cannot recommend them to anyone. It is unrealistic for one person to go over potential cases and ask them one by one if that is going to be covered or not...

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I had purchased a membership their website crash but an attempt was made to take the money via my QR code payment, contacted customer care several times only to be dealt with by a complete bunch of clowns who did not understand the problem or what where the problem was, do not waste you money with this company!

The service on the street is…

The service on the street is impeccable. That is the only reason for me to stay with them. However, unfortunately my personal data are being sold to 3rd parties, and I receive too many mailings, fake pretend invoices (for legal insurance) email regarding credit cards etc. etc.

Why is TCS trying to sell me financial products? I do not need anything than help on the street when my old car is broken down!

Electric Hybrid Volvo fault - flashing dash, reving engine, vibrating brake pedal, all warning lights flashing, 12v battery problem

Electric Hybrid Volvo fault on 21.08.23, dossier 233296232. TCS came out promptly and tried to fix the fault, following their standard procedure as per Volvo leasing co. Didn’t solve the problem. Called again later and was told to run car for 30 mins to charge starter battery. TCS had their hands tied by Volvo leasing co but got car going and we were told to drive to Volvo garage directly, without turning off the engine. Contacted Volvo prior and they stated that if we could drive the car it would not be treated as a breakdown, and would join their queue of 3 weeks worth of jobs! Called TCS next day and Daniel Polier, Patrouilleur, could not have been more HELPFUL! He swapped out the failing starter battery, which solved all the problems at a stroke, and explained that the alternator was charging but the battery was not holding the charge. He also very kindly followed us down to the nursery to collect the grandkids and back, as our confidence was sorely shaken by this stage in the car, and no more gremlins. The car still needs to go to Volvo but at least we can charge it in the garage . Conclusion: TCS (and us) are very lucky to have such a good Patroullieur in Daniel Polier, and Volvo Geneva need to have a MUCH better joined up working policy for customers with problems.

Advertisements that look like bills

The company is sending ads that look like bills. If you have a membership, it's easy to confuse the advertisement with the membership bill and pay for something you don't want, thinking you have paid the membership bill, only to be surprised few month laters when you receive the actual membership bill.

this business is an outright disgrace

this business is an outright disgrace. it allows itself to appeal to subcontractors (cambra money bank) which refuses services which are not subcontracted to it by the TCS, without giving you more reason. but it quickly becomes clear that when you meet all the financial criteria, and when you are asked for proof of income and it comes from the invalidated insurance and that after sending it you are simply refused services, it is clear that this company has discriminating criteria, based on the state of health of its customers. after writing to the TCS they simply referred me to their provider who replied that I did not meet the criteria, while they asked me for proof of income, in order to validate
