Taros trade don't send you the part, they say they will, charge you shipping and pocket the money. Then refund the 'part' , pocketing the profits.

Thieves. Untrustworthy and dogshit business. No evidence they have any interest in operating a business.

They won't deliver the mirror, they're happy to use shitty couriers who never actually deliver things but just say they tried and take it elsewhere.

Taros attempted to refund just the part, not delivery costs. No. Do your job, I paid you for delivery, its actually your responsibility to make sure it arrives.

You make it arrive or you refund the entire amount. Learn to do business and take responsibility for it.

Requested twice for tracking information from this company. But both occasions my emails have been returned. Then I get a random message from there shipping company that made no sense. So I emailed back but that was returned. Luckily I asked PayPal to intervene. And I received a full refund.

I ordered a headlight for the Toyota Auris, I had it at home in a week. The quality of the product seems good and I installed it without any problems, it fit perfectly.
The negative point was that the product was not very well protected in the shipping box and arrived with a broken tip. When you spend more than €100 you expect the product to arrive intact!

Apart from good products at a fair price, GREAT service; I erroneously entered a wrong postal code, and discovered it only when the package was sent for delivery.
Long story short; more case-handling actions by Dayana / Taros than hoped for, yet totally customer focussed simplifying the process for me by returning my payment, and allowing me re-ordering it again.
