Great product, great customer service

Been dealing with this company for 4 months has been a nightmare. Since day one got my first month for $79 when trying to skip a month they sent it out for free then when returning back home from offshore added the nad+ was told it would be 358 for both got approved for both meds only 1 shipped out contacted patient support was told I got 3 months at a discounted rate 2 weeks later another 358 contacted support again and was told 358 for both meds when asked why I didn't receive the meds with my last order was told that it hasn't shipped due to pharmacy but no updated email and still charged for a med i never received when brought up i was told i was told it was for 3 months was told she didnt know why i was told that.attempted to cancel subscription no luck with support attempted through the online portal that hasn't updated in a month no luck avoid this place while they do send the meds there customer support sucks and are no help explaining what your being charged for and get mixed answers ended up having to get a new card from my bank just to cancel. Glad my bank caught it as faurd before it got charged

Horrible! Don’t do business with this company. Their customer service is practically nonexistent! Once you need something from them they ghost you. I was going to them from another local clinic so they needed info on my current prescription. Once I provided it they told me it wasn’t what they needed. When I told them to actually READ the pdf and that everything was there they finally admitted they had what they needed. I have since been trying to get ahold of SOMEBODY who can answer me on when we can begin treatment. Crickets!! They won’t answer back. Emails remain unanswered and when I call they just say they’re working on it and it should only take 24 hrs. It’s been a week! They only want your money, and once they get it they could care less about you.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Taurus Medical under any circumstances. They bombarded me with messages about setting up a telehealth consultation, and when it finally happened, it turned out they could only prescribe a 40 mg combination of sildenafil and Cialis. A ten-dose package for one month for $159.90. I could get a stronger prescription for much less money from my regular doctor. Taurus is of much less value than seeing a regular doctor. Their website is extremely unhelpful, and I'm sure that's intentional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They are a rip-off.

Fantastic from start to finish. So easy to do the intake and the white-glove concierge service makes it seamless. Can't recommend enough!!!

0 stars if I could! Fraud and a scam. Payment is wrong and refusal to refund. Don’t be surprised to see this company in court at some point.

The online service is quick . And user friendly.

Best part is there is no membership fee . This is what made me decide to go with Taurus . And I have been for a while looking for an online reputable wellness provider.

Discreet, fast and professional

Product works well, but they make it impossible to stop a subscription. Literally, there is no way to do it, the cancel button in your account is not activated/functioning. There is no way to contact a customer service representative; the lame AI firewall must have been acquired at a discount. I had to cancel the credit card that was on file for refills because I didn't want to end up with hundreds of medications. Proceed with caution.

Seemed legit. Did my research and using this for NAD (injury recovery). Good reviews about product legitimacy - customer service - etc...

1st two subscriptions came as advertised but have not received anything since AUGUST. This is where it get's scammy: They continue to charge my credit card for the NAD ($179) for the last 2 months but have not sent the NAD. Their customer service line refuses to refund saying it is "in process"... it has been "submitted"..."sent to the pharmacy" "being compounded" Nice people on the other end of the phone but have clearly been instructed to not refund, cancel, or do more than try to stall - The agreement states no refund for items once shipped - They are telling me that there are no refunds available. Feels like the ownership is running a website, fulfilling from 3rd party compounders, using a call center for customer service and making lotta $$.

Great customer service! I was greeted with respect, kindness and the team members who have helped me to this point have been outstanding. I could not ask for a more supportive group to back me on my journey to a happy, healthy life using Taurus TRT. When I had questions, Taurus support had answers, when i needed advice, the Care providers were there to offer their expertise every step of the way!

Great product, wouldn’t turn back to the alternatives, also customer service is very professional and kind.

The web site experience was fast and easy. Waiting to try the product.

Don’t order from this company. It’s on auto ship and no way to cancel orders. Or stop the auto ship. Have to report card missing and get a new CC..
