Flawless experience

Please be aware of their recurring billing, it’s like having a whole insurance policy with no actual drs available the what to charge premium membership only and advertise regular membership for less. They will take no for an answer when you try to pause. No solution high billing

Hone Health markets an initial test for $45.00.
When you start the process of signing up it switches it to $65. That's a bad start to a relationship so I opted to stop right there and did not complete my applicatio.

Very pleased with the approach and care I was given during my telehealth session. She went over the results with me and talked about what was optimal and what wasn’t and discussed next steps. It was brief but very well rounded.

WOW! All marketing and no backbone. No customer service. Not a real thing unless you just want to inject yourself. The Dr's don't even mention side effects or anything that could wind up being troublesome down the road. The labs are all in metro areas and the costs skyrocket. Take caution and do your own research.

Be incredibly careful giving this company your debit or credit card details. I authorized a single payment to order an initial lab test kit for a separate individual whom I referred. Instead of fulfilling that order, Hone Health intercepted my funds and applied them to a past-due balance on a completely separate, unrelated person's account simply because the same card was used.
When I called customer service, their representatives explicitly stated they had no record of my new order and flatly refused to fulfill it, admitting they seized the money for the other account. This is an illegal cross-account offset.
Only AFTER they realized I initiated a formal fraud investigation with my bank did they frantically print a shipping label to try and force-ship a package to trick my bank. I have placed a permanent merchant block through Capital One, filed formal reports with the FTC and BBB, and will be Refusing Delivery of their unauthorized package unopened. Do not trust them with your financial information.

For any consumers or investigators reading this, this matter is fully documented under my official FTC Report ID and my Capital One Dispute Reference File. Documentation has been permanently submitted to federal authorities.

Dr. Bednarczyk was so helpful and answered addressed all of my concerns with kindness and understanding. He gave me a plan I feel confident I can follow.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and made sure I understood my care plan. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated her willingness to educate me and involve me in my care. It was a wonderful experience!

So far with my Hone health experience has been great. I updated my prescription and was gonna run out before my next prescription and I just contacted the care team and they were able to take care of it within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

BE CAREFUL. THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO TOLERANCE AND AREN'T HELPFUL IF TECH ISSUE. I paid for the testing and waited for my doctor consult. I was 20 minutes early and did everything they said. Tech error for the google meeting and the doctor dismissed me and i wasn't even 60 seconds late. Now they are trying to charge me a $50 dismissal fee . Absolute dissappointment and won't utilize this company in the future. I've been wating for 13 minutes online to get online helop and nothing,
