Very unhappy with Tormino no return policy and Westmark not really made in Germany product. Very misleading. No statement on return policy page that will not accept returns outside EU but that is what they told me. And the Westmark colander that I ordered is made in P.R.C.! I paid the international shipping to get a German made product!

12/08/2026 La mia kick bike è arrivata, con un po di ritardo ma considerato che è agosto ci sta. Aveva il parafango dietro con una ammaccatura e per questo motivo le posso dare solo 4 stelle.
My kick bike has arrived and it is all right now. It took some time, but considering that it's August, it is acceptable . The bike had one stroke on the mud guard bihind so for this reason I can only give them 4 stars.

I ordered a Kickbike on 25 July 2026. I received an order confirmation by email straight away, but as of today, 3 August 2026, I have still not received either the product I ordered or an email update on the delivery, even though I’ve sent two emails to their customer service team!
No one is replying to me...! That's bad! Very bad!

Not the cheapest prices and the article descriptions can be improved on external marketplaces like decathlon, but the issue was resolved flawlessly.

2 weeks ago ordered an item in stock. No tracking information provided despite several requests. Contacted Fiestenwenkel as well no response. Don’t want to imagine the level of service if there the product itself was deficient. Disappointing to say the least. Communication the key put seems they have been successful without repeat business.

Long delivery time. I ordered at 22th of march, get today 5th of may.
Product doesn't look like on photo and not fit

Mindful of the environmental impact of a delivery or a return. My problem was solve easily and quickly.

The problem arose when buying a bicycle saddle. The company solved it for my benefit. I can recommend shopping in Tormino as completely safe for the customer.

It took more then a week to deliver my new bike tyres, something went wrong one of the shop employees e mailed me after asking when it would be delivered. That is not the promised 2-3 days. What the website could improve is recommend at least the size of the inner tyre when you buy an outer tyre. I am not a cycle mechanic and there is such an abundance in choice, and the new bicycle rims are different from the 28 x 1 3/8 cycles we used to have. Ventiles same story we had only 1 type back in the day now we have to make choises we don't quite understand, do we need a new airpump or not.

Ordered bicycle tires from fietsweb.nl but the order arrived very late more than 2 weeks later, while they advertise 2 day delivery.
Customer service is not responsive, you have to keep asking and pushing, then they provide incorrect information while days and weeks passing by.
I've finally got my return approved(!) and now for more than two weeks nothing happened, have to keep pushing and asking and hoping to get my money back.
They're mixing up the order numbers as they sell something in one store but processing in a different one and they don't know what they are doing, you have to keep asking and then explaining every step.
Just counted, 20 emails (!!!) exchanged about one single order and now after 41 days still didn't get my money back!
Not recommending this store!!!

I ordered 10 pair of Shimano brake shoes. Only 1 pair was delivered.

The black Sora FH-RS300 on the website said 36H. Without checking I ordered the silver one on the same page with .... 32H. So my mistake. The hub was promptly refunded after returning.
