I love Tom's pens. I have a veritable collection now - maybe seven in total. They are super quality and I am gradually replacing all my low-quality, disposable pens wiith a small collection of pens I know I will be using for decades...

This time I bought the permanent marker which is fab. Double ended. Comes with ink. Beautifully and ecologically packed. Arrived in a few days.

I love these products so much and their eco-credentials are a massive bonus. Well constructed, beautifully designed, pens to last a lifetime.

Absolutely brilliant and wonderful pens, I tried the Wren and fell instantly in love! I now have a collection started with different colors of inks and it’s a complete joy to write and draw with these pens! This is a favorite, well worth every penny.

I’ve ordered a number of times without issue, but this last order may be my last. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I’ve had several problems. The original order took 10 days to arrive, which is longer than the usual 5-7 days I’ve experienced, but not a big deal. However, the Ori permanent pen was missing from my order, and a bottle of ink had leaked. I reached out and after a couple of days, received an email stating that a new pen was requested and tracking information would be forthcoming. After a couple of days, I reached back out and was told that the new ordering system had some glitches and they would provide tracking as soon as possible. Three days later, I received a tracking notification, but when checking the link, it shows no movement for the past 6 days (since 3 days before they provided me the tracking link). I contacted them about this yesterday and have not heard back.

I love the products and have had positive experiences thus far, but maybe this is my sign that I have enough pens.

They produced what has become my most loved pen (the Wren). Got mine in brass. It is spectacular and so was the service and communication.

Great product (Wren refill set including ink) and prompt delivery. I would also say that the Wren pen (which I bought previously from a stationers not from Tom’s Studio website) is excellent - beautiful design, well made and writes well.

As an early adopter of Tom’s pens I’ve bought several pens - biggest problem I’ve had is resisting the temptation to buy each and every offering! Now patiently (well not really!) waiting for a special edition Ori. The occasional hiccup over the years has been sorted quickly, with no fuss. I’ve enjoyed watching the company grow its impressive offering and maintain the integrity and quality of products and service.

I picked up the Wren at a local stationary store here in the US. I was fascinated by the felt tip design by Tom’s. It became on of my favorite pens. Since that day I have ordered twice straight from Tom’s in the UK. Reasonable delivery time. Trackable with the shop app. Packed well. No breakage even on glass jars. Very impressed with the company and the design. Just purchased the Lumos and the new felt tip permanent marker. Well done Tom’s. Definitely a great company. You should give them a try.

Bought two lumos mini pens for my twin sons aged 10. They love them and are enjoying testing out the different nibs. Great service and lovely package to open.

As usual I promptly received my ORI in a nicely made up parcel. Not hidden taxes or transport fees.
I like Toms design - most of my used writing tools are now of Tom’s origin. My recommendation. What I’d like to get is a finer tip for ORI as permanent marker.

I am in LOVE with my Tom’s pens! I write often and I write a lot at each sitting. I cannot wait to pick up my Lumos or my Wren and get to work. The feel of the actual pen is lovely in my hand and I am proud to get to use it for my craft. I am obsessed with the way the pen glides across my papers and I am equally obsessed with the inks I have chosen.

My whole writing experience has been elevated to a new level with my new pens. I cannot recommend the quality enough!
