Lo único bueno del servicio es que enviaron mi solicitud a todos los bancos. Aparte de eso, nada más.

The service completely disappeared when it mattered most. Everything went smoothly up until I accepted an offer from Caixa. However, the offer was suddenly revoked just two days later.

The communication was handled very poorly — a rude person on the phone simply told me that I needed “three or more rents” and abruptly ended the call.

At that point, all support from Wypo vanished. There was no follow-up, no clarification, and no assistance in resolving the situation. This lack of support at a critical moment was extremely disappointing.

There was also an attempt to follow up via WhatsApp to clarify the reason for the rejection. "estamos en contacto" it was the last message from Wypo.

What was particularly confusing is that in my Wypo account everything still appears as if the process is ongoing and successful — the offer is visible as accepted, with no indication that it was revoked or that the process has stopped. This creates a misleading impression that everything is progressing normally.

I would strongly suggest improving both client communication and the status updates in the user dashboard, so that users can clearly see when a bank has declined an application or when the process is no longer active.

As you know, at Wypo we carried out all possible actions with different banks, analyzing your profile and working to find financing options and secure a mortgage under the best possible conditions. However, in this case and beyond our control, the banks did not provide viable alternatives or did not approve the operation due to their own risk criteria.

Our goal is always to support you closely, with transparency, and by comparing different banks to offer you the best possible options, although in some cases the final decision depends entirely on the financial institutions.
