I order a pair of prescription…
I order a pair of prescription sunglasses and when they arrived they were way too small. I reviewed my order and saw I had ordered the wrong size. I called Zenni and told them what I had done. The person I spoke to said no problem I could send them back and get the right size at no extra cost to me even though it was my fault. Sent them back and got the new ones and am very happy with them. Great customer service and a good product.

The worst company out there! DO NOT BUY!
The worst company out there. Bought glasses with them, they sent the wrong prescription and I had to return.I am fighting for my refund and they refuse to refund even tho I am 100% entitled to it as I am within the 14 days of return. I have to take them to court. Avoid at all cost! This case will also be on ctv news about scam companies like this.

Great customer experience
I didn't get the power level on my glasses and was supposed to order progressives. Zenni exchanged the wrong glasses with no problem. My new ones are perfect.

Ordering easy, don’t like to glasses for me.
The glasses I received seem to be the right prescription and the order was processed quickly…. I am not in love with the look or comfort wearing them. There really is an advantage to actually trying them on first. This pair would have been rejected.

I just received my first pair of prescription glasses from Zenni today, and I am EXTREMELY satisfied so far. As someone with a very strong prescription, I was a little worried how thick the lenses would be, but the are perfect. I usually pay around $500 for a pair of glasses locally, so I was a little skeptical with the low prices. My total came up to right at $100, huge difference from what I'm used to paying. I am completely happy and satisfied with the pair I received. I will definitely be ordering from them again and will be sharing my positive experience with everyone i know who needs glasses.

The Zenni brand is strong great quality glasses and quick shipping. The problems are minimal, the interface when selecting lens features. Prices are low and the quality is fairly decent.

I love the frames on all the glasses that I purchased but not the lens. They are so hard to clean without streaking up. No matter what I try they streak up. Whatever finish is being used on the lens is horrible. There is no way to keep them streak free
