Wrong product delivered and no customer support

I ordered 5W-30 engine oil but received 5W-40 instead — not what I paid for. I tried to resolve this by emailing them and calling the phone number they provided, but got no response through either channel. Being ignored after receiving the wrong product is unacceptable. I will never recommend buying from weboil.

Saved at least 100kr each time compared to same items from walk in shops in Copenhagen and delivered within 48 hours. Price winners and fast delivery within 48 hours of buying, HIGHLY recommended
