Vel went the extra mile for service

I'm very pleased with the customer service. When my V3 arrived, one of the pegs wasn't screwing in.. so i emailed Voromotors and they ordered a replacement set. However, since they didn't have it in stock for over a week, I offered to pay the difference for an upgraded set that they did have in stock. Ronnel hooked it up at a discount. Much appreciated.

I had an issue where my older (6 years!) Cruiser S cut out on me during a ride. We were able to systematically troubleshoot and he was patient in walking me though the problem. Great comms, and rapid response - just seconds sometime thru the chat interface, and the email thread as well combined. Good interface, great service.

Ronnel was quick to respond and find a solution for my scooter. I had a defective rear rotor and he as able to follow up and provide excellent customer service.

Voro Motors preliminary review, I just made the purchase 10 minutes ago. What i learned while working with Voro motors is they're very good with explanations, walked me through a couple hurdles i had trying to make the payment, was very friendly throughout the process. Mike made the process very simple for anyone to understand and sent me in the direction needed to get this purchase made.. (Had to call my bank to up my max spending daily limit) I would recommend Voro and Mike to anyone at this point. I'll update once the units arrive if there's any issues but I dont forsee any, great company to deal with so far. Side note.. I usually don't make large purchases via phone or internet from across the US but he made it an easy choice this time. Customer service, so far, can't be beat
