I unable to accept the tickets and I do have them on my phone but only the link to them and I cannot place them in my google wallet and your online chat agents cannot resolve my issue so I do not know if the I will be able to get in the venue on August 22 in Charlotte.

Hi! We understand your concern, but no need to worry. We reviewed your order and can confirm your tickets were delivered through secure URL links. This is a very common and secure delivery method for many events.
Since your order includes three tickets, each ticket has its own individual link. Simply open each link to access the corresponding ticket. For entry to the event, present each ticket directly from its respective link at the venue. They do not need to be added to your Google Wallet, and you're all set to use them as delivered.
