The Movers. The actually crew. They did such a great job job packing my personal items. They were so courteous. I booked through one of their affiliates. MOVE NATION. I was kind of nervous using a broker. But both parties kept there word on service and pricing. Saved me a lot of money. But again the crew was amazing. Definitely recommend Uship. Thanks guys.

We needed to ship several boxes across country for a student graduating college and moving cross country. The process was straightforward and the shipper we chose was reasonably priced. Horrible
Used before and had no issues. This time was a nightmare. Took almost a month to get a carrier and they kept requesting more money every time! Customer service (Zac) was the rudest, most disrespectful person I’ve ever spoken to. I will never use again and never recommend. Beware of this company.

We’re not a transportation service provider, freight forwarder, or broker. We’re not involved in the actual transactions between members. We can’t prequalify or verify the accuracy of listings, the ability of service providers to transport shipments, or the ability of shipping customers to coordinate shipping. Likewise, we can’t ensure the timeline or completion of shipments booked through our site.
I am sorry to hear the Broker requested more money for the shipment delivery and understand your frustration regarding this. Sometimes, brokers are unable to find carriers in certain lanes for certain prices (pricing can be especially difficult to pinpoint given the fluctuating situation on a nation-wide and local level). This can create situations where they have to increase the price to make the load more appealing (this is true for bookings through uShip as well as the rest of the transportation industry). Brokers will use this as a last resort to find a carrier in an attempt to avoid a cancellation.

SCAM, and I am never wrong
All the proposed prices were at the same level for my shipment, Uship charging 10% of the rate proposed by a carrier+ many other fees. Weird. You cannot tell if they are real bidders or fake. Also they give 2 weeks or more for the task to be accomplished. Many can happen in this interval, losing time and money for the real users. Also when you post your load there is not enough features to describe it. Then if something happens , Uship takes no charge, but they like to collect the big bucks. This seems another business squeezing money out of everyone with no guarantees for a smooth delivery. Account deleted! There are other paid versions with vetted carriers.

uShip does have a fee that shipping customers are charged, however the service charge fee is clearly listed along with the official bid price and total amount due on both active bids and at checkout. I'm not sure what additional fees you are referring to, as we only charge shipping customers the quote cost, along with the service charge. If you had another charge, it may have been for the uShip Protection Plan, which is something you can opt out of.
You're able to select the timeframe in which your pickup and delivery happens. Each carrier will include the pickup and delivery dates within the quotes they submit. I am not sure what 2 week timeframe you are referring to, however you are under no obligation to move forward with any quotes.
It sounds like your shipment was canceled by the service provider. Please note that you will receive a full refund, once your cancellation is completed. It can take your bank 1 to 7 business days to process.
If you ever have any issues with a shipment, you can always give our support team a call for assistance. Our number is 1-800-698-7447, and we're available Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm CST.
