I had the pleasure of doing business for the first time with Thermo Mart, sales representative Anooshka has been truly awesome in helping my first experience with them to be the best experience possible. I have been able to ask many questions in regards to learning how to turn my old manual kiln into a digital one that can be used more efficiently now. Of course I’ve had many questions and she has went above and beyond to help me understand the process of calibrating my thermostat and has help me to understand all that I need in this new direction I am headed. She has responded to four or five of my emails very swiftly and has offered to walk me step-by-step through troubleshooting process as well. Bought the WiFi gas heater / spa thermostat control after my old setup became unreliable. I needed something that could handle the pool/spa temperature control side without replacing the whole heater system.
