Ordered 2 mugs for Christmas presents, haven’t heard anything and was expected to be delivered on Halloween, I ordered the 23rd October and said 6-7 working days it’s now been 12 days? and still haven’t heard anything Tried to contact and still haven’t had a response!

After a quick email exchange the items were sent again and arrived, quickly. So happy with the quality of the posters, definitely pleased with my purchase. Thanks again.
My £150+ order has yet to be delivered, it has been sent to royal mail but has not arrived with them. This should have been picked up sooner by you guys and at the moment I am out of pocket and nothing to show for it.

replacement item also hasn’t turned up. Shocking.
I left a review further down stating my order still hadn’t been received after 9 days and no one replied to me. They have since said they’ve arranged a replacement. This was done on Saturday and once again Royal Mail haven’t updated it since. It appears the package is lost again. They informed me this would be sent with 24 hour tracking which was a lie as it states on Royal Mail that it’s been sent again with 48 hour tracking.
2 lost parcels is unacceptable. I’ve emailed you 3 times since with this info but haven’t had any reply. You seriously need to sort your customer service out as well as your courier as this has happened twice now. I should’ve been compensated the first time never mind the second time. It’s totally ruined my plans as it was a present as well. Far from satisfied.

Customer service is Nonexistent
The product itself is nice. However, the customer service is AWFUL. I tried reaching out a couple different ways for help on an order ( chat and email) and have never received any type of response.

Simple, stylish memoir of a gig
Bought an A3 poster of the Metallica setlist from a recent concert as a birthday present for my son who was there. He loved it. Dispatched and delivered promptly, was in great condition when it arrived and looked good.
