Great product and simple and easy to use website

Full assembly not supplied red dot sight not supplied

I bought the Hornet 10 XT slingshot rifle. First time using it. The front pulley system, disconnected from the body. The slingshot rife came ready assembled. On closer inspection the fixing bolts, were to short. Only holding my a few millimeters. Luckily i was not injured. Went to B&Q to buy the appropriate bolts. As to much bother to send back. Also the barrel has some play. Rocks slightly to the left. Don't know if this is intentional.

One of the worst things I’ve ever had to put together pay and get it built for you it was painful, also a lot of the nuts and bolts where totally not up to the job I had to use a lot of my own for stronger joints and so the moving parts aren’t so flimsy, would I recommend buying this slingshot rifle for the money No definitely not

The falcon 2021 slingshot rifle was first class it was lost forever very very happy. I will definitely be buying from this company again fantastic service.

Am well impressed with my purchase got to say the slingshot rifle is brilliant.
Their was a bit of a problem with a couple of parts missing.
But Colin put it right in an instant

There's one thing I would like to suggest maybe for older people like myself at the age of 66 years and first time user of slingshot and telescopic sight with laser sight some kind of instructions for setting up would be appreciated.
As I struggled a bit with setting mines up but overall well pleased with the product

Follow up on negative reviews appears first rate. The bits that were missing due to the poor packaging are going to be sorted and (hopefully) I can complete proper assemble and start enjoying the slingshot.

Arrived assembled incorrectly,
Scratches and dents were evident upon arrival?!, sent the item back incurred further cost for posting
Still have no update on delivery or refund of postage?!

Packaging was skimpy and terrible. Basically, one very thin cardboard package and a number of plastic bags inside - one end torn open and nothing to give me an indication of what was missing. I thought I had ordered the made-up version but that wasn't what I got, I received a number of plastic bags with assorted nuts & Bolts and no assembly instructions, but I eventually managed to get it to something resembling the pictures on the internet (with some bits left over) so lets hope it works properly . . .

Lots of advice given freely for this novice slingshotter.

If this is regarding the ammunition and bolts, the arrived before Christmas. As promised.

Started with this company nearly £2000 a month they tried to talk to me in to signing up for a year at £450 a week. I said I would trial them for 4 months
KEEP AWAY KEEP AWAY KEEP AWAY KEEP AWAY ABSOLUTELY A RIP OFF after 11 weeks of paying crazy money I stopped the last 3 weeks of the 4 months and they have put the website down stating due to unpaid invoices. I have monitored every thing they have done for the money and my advise is stay away absolute rip off.

Nothing has arrived apart from one email from Parcel2go and one from Evri on the 14th November saying they expected to have a parcel to deliver.I’m surprised you are expecting positive feedback.
