I bought 3 slendertone belts and have given up with this product. All stopped working within 2 months. They are not the same as the original slendertone products. Do not waste your money.

Wow great service...Really easy website to navigate and order from and my product arrived the next day!!

The product I just bought does not charge. That means I can not use it.

Could you please kindly refund me the money for my order. My order was placed on 30th August and to date it hasn’t even been shipped. I have sent numerous emails but no reply .

Placed my order on the 30 March and still not been delivered, and the tracking system doesn’t work.

Update: I contacted the company after another week or so with no delivery and they quickly replaced my order which arrived as expected.

Slenderness

They walked me through steps to fix battery every day for three days. They responded quickly and are sending a replacement. They searched for and found my transaction and honored the warranty. Great level of service.

Order arrived and the controller would not charge. Went through 'troubleshooting' process but the controller still wouldn't charge. Sent numerous messages to explain this, only to receive an email instructing me to do as I had already done. Sent another 6 emails requesting a returs form and a refund... still waiting for a reply with a returns form to return the faulty goods...
Extremely disappointing aftercare and customer service support. Terrible company to deal with considering how expensive their products are.

Delivery stated Royal Mail 48 but should have said Royal Mail 2 weeks

Purchased as a gift. No complaints from the receiver, but the purchase of the electriode (patches) were found to be very expensive and then unavailable...found eventually in Austria!!!!

Great products and fast delivery

Item not delivered within timeframe provided. Have now been told that it is held in customs and that we need to pay the tax upfront to get the item. We could then be refunded for the tax. Alternatively we have to wait for the item to be sent back before we receive a refund. Absolutely ridiculous

Still waiting for my order. Very disappointed at the length of time since ordering and the lack of information. Will not be using Slendertone again.
