I was originally planning to give them a lower rating because they charged me way more for shipping than the original estimate and my makeup palette arrived with 2 broken shimmers, but customer service refunded me almost the full amount when I sent them pictures!!! And I managed to repress broken pigments so the palette is still going to be used and loved. I'm very grateful honestly and while in normal cases shipping is still insanely expensive (even though very fast), if I really have to forwarda package from Canada, I'll use Shippn again with no hesitation. Thank you!!!

The service was very quick, everything is fine and it arrived very quickly here, but its quite expensive. ITs 3 times the price of a simular local Levis 501. That is the disadvantag.eOtherwise I would use it more, its expensive.

Everything works but prices are a bit harsh but if you need something badly? I can't say I had a bad experience. Everything was as painless as I can make it.

It worked very well for me. It was very easy to execute an order online, and I received the items much faster than I expected. Everything was well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. I will use Shippn again if I ever want to order something from a web site where the merchant will not ship overseas directly.

This is scary seeing all the bad reviews in August when I decided to order my tracking from store I bought shows it was delivered on Aug 27 but shippn has not updated and still says waiting for package to arrive I have provided picture of email stating order with tracking number shows it was delivered but when I message shippn they stopped replying before the delivery they were replying everyday with no issues as soon as my order shows delivered to host im not getting any response and item was expensive im scared I made a mistake buying with shippn

First time using a service like this and it was pretty seamless and a process and would do and probably will do again, after reading some of the other reviews I do just wanna say when using a service like this do your due diligence, check the hosts reviews and actually read them, and make sure yourself that customs is all good because it ultimately comes down to you, do those things you should have a pretty seamless experience

This was my 5th and 6th transaction with Shippn as an International Proxy purchasing service using their Buy For Me Service. My host buyer, Marco in Germany, efficiently communicated with me and quickly purchased my selected items, and facilitated a timely refund for a cancelled item by the vendor and another one that was restricted due to tax laws. Marco communicated with me promptly once all my items arrived and I decided to combine ship items from these orders to save on costs. Marco quickly shipped my package, supported by excellent tracking information that was delivered today in the USA 3 days after dispatch, which was faster than expected. The items were securely packaged. I am every pleased to receive these items purchased from Germany. Factoring the cost of the items, Shippn service costs and shipping costs using FedEx International Economy, the cost per item remain favorable based on my experience purchasing similar items internationally online or from stores in the USA after import. I am very pleased with the first class service received from Marco, and recommend using Shippn if you find multiple great deals internationally and recognize that items are sent using premium courier services to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

Ordered a Stray Kids Moonstone Vinyl from a German store via Shippn on 8/20/26. The item arrived with my shopper, Marco Hölscher, very fast. He sent pictures and added additional packaging for a safer journey through the post. The website is very upfront about any fees and what shipping options you have with clear instructions for custom fees as well. Item was shipped out very fast to me and arrived on 8/25/26. I would highly recommend the service to anyone looking to buy items overseas. I have not had a single bad interaction with their shoppers. Highly recommend!
