Bought an xperion PC on January 2026. Overall was a great deal since it was before the prices started getting crazy but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't know about hardware. They put the cheapest motherboard available (2000€ pc) while for 20-30€ more it could have a decent one. This result on them putting a terrible USB wifi device (since that garbage MB doesn't have wifi ports and just one usable slot for the graphic card) that disconnects from the Internet every 1-2 minutes all the time no matter what. The pc had no bluetooth connection or SSD/ HDD upgrade.
On top of that one fan and the support for the graphic card was left unmount inside the box.
Terrible lack of quality and obvious intent to scam the costumer for a very small profit on a 2000€ product, was worth it for me since i know what and how to replace.

Well everything went smooth and always with updates to inform me of when my merchandise has left the warehouse and picked up by DHL and in transit to my address.

Terrible customer service. Im from UK was visiting Berlin and went it to the store to buy a replacement adapter for the uk plug and got the wrong one. So had to go get a refund and buy the right one. Most horrible experience so far. Got yelled at by the guy at the Service asked how I could out a complaint in, in the store got told there is no such procedure. Never coming back there

Employee added an optional insurance worth 20 Euros and told me it is included in the price and is mandatory and that I am not paying extra because I am a foreigner which is a scammy behavior and unfair!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a PlayStation 5 from Saturn Germany.

I placed my order on **11 June 2026** during a promotional sale and received confirmation that my order had been accepted. After that, I waited patiently for the delivery.

As the delivery kept getting delayed, I contacted Saturn customer service multiple times to ask for an update. Instead of providing a delivery date, I was repeatedly advised to cancel my order and place a new one. I explained that I did not want to cancel because I had purchased the console at a promotional price and was willing to wait for my confirmed order to be fulfilled.

To better understand the situation, I visited my local Saturn store in Frankfurt. The same PlayStation 5 was available there, with multiple units in stock. Seeing the product available in-store while my confirmed online order remained unfulfilled made the situation even more frustrating. I asked the store staff whether they could help with my online order, but they informed me that online and in-store orders are handled separately, so they were unable to assist.

After waiting for more than two weeks, Saturn informed me that they were cancelling my order.

From a customer's perspective, this is very disappointing. If the product had genuinely been out of stock, I would have understood. However, I was able to see the same product available in a local store while my online order was eventually cancelled.

This experience leaves me questioning why promotional offers are advertised online if confirmed orders are later cancelled after customers have waited for weeks. I expected Saturn to honour my confirmed order at the agreed promotional price or provide a reasonable solution instead of repeatedly suggesting that I cancel my order and purchase the product again at a higher price.

Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in ordering from Saturn online. I hope the company improves how it handles promotional orders and communicates with its customers. At the very least, customers should not be encouraged to cancel confirmed promotional orders only to repurchase the same product at a higher price.

I was moved onto this payroll company without choice in the matter ....a couple if weeks in and hadn't been paid recieved a call from a young lady who definitely isn't cut out for talking to people with any manners her so called supervisor was as bad if not worse apparently it was my fault thry didn't have information they hadn't asked for in the first place.....the personality and empathy of a park bench hoddit and doddit hopefully won't have to talk to anyone related to saturn contracts ...awful

Went in looking for a new pair of headphones, budget around €100. The guy in the audio section actually asked what I'd be using them for before pointing me anywhere - commuting, calls, music, gym. Spent maybe 20 minutes testing three different pairs, let me use my own phone to try them properly. Ended up with a pair of Sony WH-1000XM5 on sale, €30 off the regular price. Didn't even know there was a sale going on, he just mentioned it.

Store in Hamburg was clean, well stocked, checkout was fast. Came back two weeks later for a USB-C hub and the experience was identical. Not something you can say about every electronics retailer in Germany.

Delivery dste was not as promised. I need to waste hours and nerves to define who is responsible for this because my order wasn’t processed 6 days (

I purchased a Samsung Ring, the battery lost 80% capacity in 8 months. Impossible to find customer support, finally when I did, they said Saturn is responsable.

What did Saturn say? Not responsable. Too bad.

I will NEVER purchase another product from Saturn again, ZERO protection against suppliers who sell faulty products.

Don’t buy please, the customer service and everything is shit. 💩

They deliver the product on wrong address even after telling them on the phone and requesting them to cancel it but they didn’t. And the stores employees are also not supportive. The app and website everything is discriminatory, nothing is in English everything is in German.

NEVER BUY FROM SATURN! Save yourself from this TRAUMA!

Saturn is rudely incompetent. All answers in customer support look automatic, without any personalization whatsoever. No problems being solved, customers request are ignored, left unread, time wasted.

I visited in the last 1 week 3 different saturn and Mediamarkts, it was so hard to ask anything to someone... And when I came to your saturn, the worker had so good interessed with me. You didnt have the exact computer that I wanted but he didnt just say (like in other centers) "no we dont have", he gave me information about similar computers, and respected my choices, and it was so satisfying at the end when I bought...

Had good advice and help from the person I asked about a new mobile 'phone. Both he and the lady at the check-out were very friendly and helpful.
