The whole experience was easy and always felt like it worked smoothly. I particularly want to acknowledge Paulette on staff who realised we were abroad and moved quickly to protect our keys and nothing felt like it was a problem.

Excellent customer service, and very quick to respond. I dealt with Benen and he was absolutely on top of everything I needed help with, like getting the access to the keys to the storage container, or sorting out the automatic gate opening directly to my phone number.

i was very happy with the service
i was very happy with the service. If i were to say anything, it was difficult to get the van out of the container and we needed to make a ramp so maybe if there were a ramp available that would be good.
All our dealings with Stor4u were very good and the man whose name i cant remember was very helpful.

Great storage options in an easy to access location
Easy to access location (Curraghline, Galway) and accessible 24/7. There was always someone available to speak to whenever we called (we rang a few times across a number of different days / times during our rental period: July - December).
Staff were always very efficient and collection/drop off of keys very straightforward.
