Subscription Scam £49 charge after topping up.
Purchased a£20 pay as you go top up then 3days later they tried to take a further £49 this was stopped by my card company total scammers don't touch these guys with a barge pole
WARNING. This is the exact same that has happened to me.
Warning: Please be extremely careful before using this website.
I mistakenly believed this website was the official EE top-up service and used it to top up my EE PAYG SIM.
I initially made a £10 payment to top up my phone. After the payment,
A few days later, I discovered another charge of £49, which is currently showing as pending and appears likely to be taken as well. I have already contacted my bank and reported both transactions. They have advised me to wait until the £49 payment is no longer pending before raising a formal dispute for that charge too.
This has been a very stressful experience. My advice is to double-check that you are using the official mobile network’s website before entering your card details or making any payment.
Based on my experience, I would not use this website again. I hope this review helps prevent others from going through the same situation. And if i could i would give them 0 stars
This is the worst top up experience i ever had in my whole frickin life. The audacity to just book 50 euros from my account baceuse of this subsription scam is ludicrous. I cantacted them and asked for refund but they said unfortunately they cant do anything. What a lie and i will not let them go through with this. Please dont use this shit site, it is just a waste of time and i will see what i can do to get my money back. Real scumbags.
Be extremely cautious with this service. I made a simple, one-time €10 mobile recharge, and without my explicit consent, they stored my card details to charge me an unauthorized recurring subscription fee of €49.00 shortly after.
When I contacted customer support to demand my money back, they acknowledged in writing that their subscription terms "were not as clear as they should have been". Despite admitting this lack of transparency, they repeatedly refused to issue a full 100% refund for a service I never requested, signed up for, or used. Instead, they tried to negotiate my money back by offering partial refunds (20%, then 50%) under the guise of a "goodwill gesture."
This platform relies on dark patterns and unauthorized billing practices to retain funds. I have officially reported this company to my bank for a fraudulent chargeback and filed a report with consumer protection agencies. Do not trust this service with your payment details.
Beware if those scammers!
I topped up my sim card with £5 using this website.
They will set you a subscription of £50 without my consent( they will out it somewhere in the terms and conditions and make you sign it).
I stopped the subscription but they refused to refund my £50 saying it’s in the free trial period.
Terrible I do not recommend.
easy and the cheapest site for for phone mobiles toping up 🤝👀
Absolute scammers. Never received 20 £ credit, more so I have been cheated 49 for subscription to what? .
Stay away!
Paid for top up, not delivered. Then they tried to take extra unauthorised £49 from my card. Had to cancel my card to protect my money. You will get very helpful looking response from them, while they screw more money from you. The unsubscribe link will not work. They will send spurious pin numbers etc etc . Be afraid if you have dealings with this organisation.
On Thursday, July 16th of this year, I topped up my German mobile phone with 15 euros through this website, and the top-up never arrived. However, the money was taken. Today at 3:30 pm I received a charge of 49 euros which was charged automatically without my consent. I want my money back. This website is a total scam.

Do not go near this company. Fraud at its best. Have all the best lingo from customer service but steal your money anyway. See in reviews offer everyone 20% of 49 as gesture. Making nice money off of the public. Bank said a scam stay well away. A disgrace you can get away with it top up mobile. Top up your own accounts is what it should be called. I hope everyone gives shocking reviews, lots there already.

I searched only for a EUR 15 Vodafone Germany top-up. Shortly afterwards, my card was charged an additional EUR 49 for a subscription that I did not knowingly intend to purchase.
I contacted customer support immediately. Although the subscription was cancelled, a full refund was refused. I was first offered 20% and later 50%, but I requested a full refund because I dispute the charge.
As no satisfactory solution was provided, I have referred the matter to my bank and will pursue the available consumer protection and legal channels.
This review reflects my personal experience. I recommend that customers carefully review all terms before completing a purchase

They attempted to set up a subscription for £49 pm after I made 1 top up! THIS WAS NOT MADE CLEAR. Thankfully my bank flagged it up and declined the payment. Unknowingly, I had used the service for free under a 72 hour trial, after which I'd be charged £49 per month 😱 thankfully I was able to cancel it in time.

Truffa, scam, they stole money from your card!
My credit card was blocked due to a withdrawal/payment attempt made by topmobile.co that I never requested. In fact, the card company blocked it by default due to fraud. You can say whatever you want, but it's essentially dishonest.

The discount is great and the process okay! Just need to inform users that it's a voucher. I thought it's a straight top up to my number.
