Our Commercial Van Insurance needs changed so I rang Quoteline as they had arranged our car insurance the previous year and were so helpful. Luckily I got Tyler Colquhoun on the other end of the phone and he was so patient and helpful listening to our needs and finding the best insurance at the best cost. I will always use this company first for our Insurance needs as they are a UK Call Center and take the time to get you the best price to cover your needs and advise you of the best way forward and they fulfil their promises.

I have been with this company for 8 years and when changing my car it has been a nightmare they continued to take 2 payments i asked to speak to a manager as the staff weren't trained properly to deal with this the manager still hasn't called me and still not received my refund . I asked for an email address to complain but they wouldn't supply one so this is my.last resort as the money should have been in my account now but isn't. It is not the full amount either . The team member I spoke to this week didn't know what she was doing and had no customer service skills. On my new policy they are taking my direct debit random times and charging me £25 when they feel like it . It is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer so I am going elsewhere . I will also write to senior management .

I do not recommend them. Before joining them, I had 10 years of No Claims Discount (NCD); after two years with them, they are giving me an NCD certificate for 9 years because that’s their policy. It’s daylight robbery.

They are ripoff company. never trust them. i have been with them since 2021.
2021/22 - charged £250
22/23 - charged £330
23/24 - charged £450
24/25 - straight jumped to £1800 (never checked renewal) straight jump 400%
25/26 - now charging £2200 . it was my fault not checking the direct debit. but they have no explanation. simply told they have new insurance company . taking them to Financial ombudsman agency
