Minor issue solved promptly by customer service - and great price overall!

There was a minor issue with the price simulation (I purchased a vehicle through a leasing company and I inserted the wrong details in the "owner" section to get a price estimate). The customer service recognized the mistake, reached out to me, asked me to give them the full picture so that they could update the entire estimate with the new correct details. In less than 10 minutes I received a link to purchase with the correct estimate. And it was also significantly cheaper than the other quotes!

impossibile to receive information…

impossibile to receive information required thru mail. I asked an estimation of what it would cost to change a clause in my running car insurance but I always received the same message in response (looked AI generated) with no cost estimation.
I was therefore forced to use the chat and finally could receive a reply. wouldn't it be better to say right away that the only way to contact an operator is thru chat?

Great customer service and non AI chat

I had to need to insure for my elderly dad a car that we had kept in garage for 4 years. It seemed at first a bit difficult since I had to upload documents (libretto and declaration of non circulation) and it seemed not possible (IT error every time I tried). Then I discovered Quixa service of non AI chat and they really matched my needs of prompt and trustworthy communication. I finally bought the policy from an international business trip and got a relief knowing my dad can now freely circulate. What I appreciated is that I got a real and compelling answer, especially for a case that is particular/special.
