I paid extra for a "Fully Refundable"…

I paid extra for a "Fully Refundable" and "Changeable" flight. When I needed to change it Priceline said the flight was not changeable or refundable. They said that I needed to contact the airline directly. I contacted the airline, who could not help me because I booked through Priceline. Complete rip off.

Be very careful when booking with…

Be very careful when booking with Priceline. They lied and told me Economy Rental Car was at the airport. It wasn’t and we needed to get a shuttle. While waiting for the shuttle, we met two other families who also were told that Economy Car Rental was at the airport not that you had to take a 13 minute shuttle ride. Priceline also didn’t let it be known that economy Rent-A-Car wanted $1000.00 deposit on a credit card that they would hold for 3 to 7 days or pay seven dollars a day out of pocket. The car could not leave the state of Florida and even if you went through a .50 Cent EZ Pass toll they would charge you $15 total rip off will never use them again. Never use Priceline or economy. Rent-A-Car again both are ripped off.

Accepted a priceline discounted rate…

Accepted a priceline discounted rate for a 4 star hotel. Paid the full non-refundable fee for two nights. After getting to the hotel, learned of an additional $60 + tax for parking and then upon checking out got hit with another $73 for "resort" fees. It was just a hotel, the swimming pool, fitness room and hot tub may let them call it a resort. We did not use anything other than the room. Other details were mis-represented. Priceline will not refund as those were hotel charges. So why did I accept the Priceline"discounted" offer. Not discounted at all. with extra charges! I will never use Priceline or any third party to book a room again.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. No customer service. I have been a Sister Club member (now has new name) for over 25 years. I can honestly say their customer service has declined significantly in the past year. Their Hurstville store, NSW does NOT answer the phone (retail or pharmacy). Time to switch to Chemist Warehouse.

Do not book with this travel agency

Do not book with this travel agency. They do not represent their prices with full transpancey. Their prices are misleading, they misrepresent their vacation packages, and they leave you the consumer fighting for restitution. I was under impression I was receiving an amazing vacation package only to be "catfished" and "bamboozled." I will never, and I repeat, never book with them again. They turned what was supposed to be an amazing vacation and get away into a nightmare of epic proportions. I'm not fighting to get back what was charged inaccurately in relation to the package deal I was quoted via their online website. Not to mention, I was advised the package deal price was correct by an agent over the phone. Book directly with the airline and hotel never though Priceline!

Please do not use this service

Please do not use this service, they have negative customers service. I just spoke with a supervisor and she was very negative regarding my refund. The airline has issued my refund almost a month ago and they still haven't processed my refund. I think they're stealing customer money. They need to be reported to the better business bureau. Actually they need to be a bad memory and out of business. I will never ever use this service again!!!

I had a problem with the hotel I stayed at and while Priceline would not take any accountability I also found out that they charged me for 3 people and not the 2 people that actually took the trip and when it was brought to their attention again they took no responsibility for it. Will never use Priceline again.

I will never trust Priceline again

I will never trust Priceline again. Last year my wife and I took a once in a lifetime trip to Alaska. We booked a Best Western on Kodiak Island through Priceline in December 2024 and paid for the hotel through Priceline at the time. We stayed in the hotel the last week of June in 2025.

After checking out, I noticed a charge on our CC from the hotel. I contacted them and they told me they never received payment from Priceline. When I contacted Priceline they told me they used a 3rd party to issue a credit to Best Western. I called the hotel management back, they told me the account # given them by Priceline was bad so they charged my card.

I basically got the run around from Priceline over the period of 8 months with at least a dozen hours on the phone and providing them multiple documents to prove the double charges. They never reimbursed me and I wasted too much time dealing with it. I ultimately believe they just wear people down until we give up.

NEVER AGAIN!

Totally scam company

Totally scam company.
Booked a UK hotel with them on the 4th June..payed the full amount £184.50
. Arrived at the hotel to be told that Priceline had cancelled my reservation on the 7th June with no email confirming this. So felt quite embarrassed at the reception area.

Had to book again and pay again. Which I was not amused.

Tried emailing them sending messages and so on regarding this with no avail.
Totally pissed off is an under statement.
Have even got the copy of the cancellation they sent the hotel but still no reply.

Have gone through my bank now to try and help.

Our of pocket its a disgrace.

Never ever use them

Flight and hotel issues

My flight from SFO to Kuala Lumpur was presented as having one stop in CAN, but the actual itinerary included Wuhan and Guangzhou. In Wuhan, we had to leave the same plane and go through customs, immigration, and security again before boarding the same aircraft. The return flight also had two stops, Guangzhou and Wuhan, which was not clearly disclosed when I booked.
I also experienced several issues with the hotels. Our first property, Axon Residences, was listed as a 5-star hotel but was actually an apartment-style property. When we arrived, our actual booked room was not ready, so we were given a temporary room. We later had to move again into our actual room. During this process, we had to leave our luggage in the lobby, even though the property states that it is not responsible for lost or stolen luggage. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted our plans.
Additionally, although the property stated that an airport shuttle was available, there was no clear contact number or WhatsApp information provided to arrange it.
I also found other resorts advertised as "breakfast included" when breakfast actually depended on the room type, which was not clearly stated.

Never again!

Never again! After paying in full for a 3 room reservation confirmed by Priceline, the rooms were not available. After an embarrassing check in, tired and exhausted after a 10 hour drive and having to settle for what was given to us the hotel wanted to charge us $253 dollars on top of the confirmed agreed agreement with Priceline. Embarrassing moment, but never again with Priceline!.

Extremely disappointing cancellation…

Extremely disappointing cancellation and refund experience — I will not use Priceline again

I am writing this review because of my personal experience with Priceline regarding a hotel reservation for my planned trip to the Vancouver, British Columbia area.

I made the reservation through Priceline and paid for the booking. I subsequently cancelled the trip and contacted Priceline regarding the unused hotel reservation and requested that my money be returned.

What has been most disappointing is not simply the cancellation itself, but the way the situation was handled afterward. I spent considerable time trying to obtain a reasonable resolution and repeatedly had to deal with customer service regarding the same issue.

I expected Priceline, as the company through which I made and paid for the reservation, to take responsibility for helping resolve the problem. Instead, I experienced what felt like repeated delays, unclear answers and a lack of meaningful customer-service assistance.

The reservation was ultimately unused, yet I was still left with a financial loss. I believe customers should be given clear information about cancellation terms before and after booking and should receive straightforward assistance when they have a legitimate cancellation or refund dispute.

This experience significantly affected my planned visit to Canada and left me extremely disappointed with the way Priceline handled my situation.

Based on this experience, I will not book hotels or other travel through Priceline again. I also cannot recommend Priceline to friends or family unless the company substantially improves its cancellation, refund and customer-service practices.

I am posting this review so other travelers understand what can happen when a cancellation dispute arises and so Priceline has an opportunity to improve its customer service.

Priceline/Affirm robbery

Booked a hotel with affirm and the payment from priceline didnt work so I had to pay with my personal debit card in full. I disputed the charge with Priceline to remove it from my account/credit report and they denied my request EVEN WITH PROOF that I paid with my debit card. Now im paying the damn hotel TWICE because Priceline keeps denying the affirm dispute. DO NOT USE AFFIRM WITH PRICELINE, THEY WILL ROB YOU.

Beware Priceline Express Deals: How 2 Toll Days was a $264 bill

Hertz charged me $264 in tolls for a 1-week rental where I only drove through tolls on 2 days. I disputed it and got a partial refund, but I'm still out $66 for what amounted to under $15 in actual tolls. Because of this, I won't rent from Hertz again, nor will I use Priceline's Express Deals which blindly pair you with a predatory vendor.

I later learned that Hertz uses a system called "PlatePass," which doesn't just bill you for the tolls you actually hit. Instead, it attaches a daily "convenience fee" to every single day of the rental the moment you use a toll once. I used tolls on two of seven days, but I was billed as if I'd used them on all seven. From searching online, I found that Hertz has already settled this exact complaint in court multiple times. This includes an $11 million nationwide class action approved in 2014 and a separate $3.65 million settlement with San Francisco's city attorney in 2019. Both lawsuits were over this identical structure: a daily toll fee charged for the whole rental regardless of which days a toll was actually used. Since they are still using this exact billing practice today, it is clearly a predatory tactic designed to trick customers with low prices online while quietly charging their credit cards a week later.

To make matters worse, I had pre-booked this car through Priceline for pickup at Newark Airport (EWR). When I arrived, Hertz didn't even have a car ready, and I was forced to wait an hour past my reserved time. Because the rental was prepaid through Priceline, I couldn't cancel and go rebook elsewhere. I was completely stuck.

At no point was I informed about this toll situation. It wasn't disclosed at the time of booking, when I checked-in online, at the counter, or by the agent who gave me the car. I even specifically asked the return agent about administrative toll fees (knowing other companies use them), and they still said absolutely nothing about this policy. About a week later, I received an un-itemized email for $264 and a charge to my credit card.

I am a long-time Priceline customer and…

I am a long-time Priceline customer and am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my Frontier flight reservation.
I scheduled my trip months ago, but the day before my departure I discovered that my itinerary had been changed incorrectly. I was assigned two flights departing on the same day without a valid return arrangement. When I contacted Priceline several times before my travel date, I was repeatedly told that everything was fine with my reservation.
At the last minute, I learned that the booking had not been handled correctly. This appears to have been an error made by a Priceline agent, not a mistake on my part. As a result, I was forced to pay additional money to correct the reservation and ensure my travel plans were not disrupted.
This situation is unacceptable. Not only did I incur unexpected costs due to an error I did not make, but I was also unable to get timely assistance by phone when I needed help most.
I am requesting:
A full review of my booking history and agent interactions.
Reimbursement of the additional charges I was forced to pay due to the booking error.
An explanation of how this issue occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent it from happening again.
I have been a loyal Priceline customer for many years and expect better service and accountability.
Sincerely,
Tiffanie robinson
