Much better website than others
Much better website than others, but the payment plan option did not let me setup a monthly payment to clear the debt. There must be lots of us in this financial climate need that kind of help. I am a 79 year old pensioner trying to clear these debts and need all the help I can get, I want to get finished with 3, they are nightmare to deal with.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, treated with kindness and respect all the way through sorting my defaulted loan. They found the best payment for my circumstances and were incredibly understanding, and took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. Very good communication, although no one wants to deal with debt I would highly recommend CRS to do so!

Corporate Bullying
Even though I know l was in the right over this disputed debt, seeing the phrase debt collector put me off taking the situation further. In addition everybody knows EE are Corporate Bullies. This was a Bereavement issue and I should not have been treated so appallingly.
