Poor service
I have ordered express delivery (48 hours) and obviously paid extra for this but 4 days later they still haven’t sent it

Great products but terrible customer…
Great products but terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong product and I’m pretty sure I have to pay to return it - feels like I’m talking to AI and not a human because it’s not really getting resolved. Would avoid, or buy their products through another seller, not direct from them.
Disappointing experience – poor service and no accountability
I ordered lingerie from Panache and received the wrong sizes, completely different from what I had ordered. I couldn’t even initiate a return online, which made things even more frustrating. I had to contact customer service, and it took days to get a response.
Eventually, I was sent a QR code to return the items, but despite the mistake being on their end, they refused to issue a refund until the items were received back. There was no apology, no goodwill gesture, and no compensation for the inconvenience.
Overall, a really poor customer experience. I’d be cautious ordering from them. Mistakes happen but how a company handles them makes all the difference and Panache fell short.
Horrible customer experience
I love the brand and the products, but the customer experience has been extremely disappointing. You have to pay for returns out of pocket, and the sizing conversion isn’t always consistent. I returned items over a month ago, and although the tracking confirms they were delivered, the company claims they haven’t received them. I was planning to purchase more, but at this point, I feel like I’m being scammed.
Tango balcony bra 38GG £32
Tango balcony bra 38GG £32. Very overpriced. The cup size is good. Side panels are weak and offer little support. Non slip straps do anything but! Only two hooks which again reduces support. Very disappointed. I bought a brilliant supportive bra from M&S for £16 !!!

I have been waiting for a delivery which has not arrived. There is no customer service.
Client Pays Panache's Postage!
One star, because if you return an item, they charge you for both THEIR OWN delivery costs AND your return postage. £7.90 to try on a bra is insane. Every other company at least pays their own delivery charge!! I wonder how many people they lose as a result of such a ridiculous business practice!
Very costly
Bought a tankini top, which was lovely but too big.
£3.95 to order and £3.95 to return. In total I am £7.90 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.
I WILL NOT be ordering from them again!!!!
Appalling customer service
Love the products, customer service is practically non-existent. Order is lost in transit, Royal Mail said I have to contact Panache which I have done. Received an email reply from my enquiry that didn't seem to relate to my query. No other way to contact them, still no order. Not good enough

I’d like to thank a young lady called Sophie who went above and beyond to find out what happened to the swimwear I had ordered. It had been sent to a previous address via PayPal and had been returned to depot by the receiver. I re ordered as she suggested but the same thing happened again despite the fact the address had been corrected. Anyway, she said she would personally make sure that the order came to my new address. I was about go on holiday so I was desperate, so Thanks so much Sophie for the efficient way you handled my problem.

Panache Bra’s
Well I have just found out from speaking to a staff member at Leia Lingerie York , that bra’s are only suppose to last 6 months and that is what they are guaranteed for too . I have two panache bra’s , one with the wire hanging out and the other with wire exposed under the cup !
I can honestly say that I will not be buying Panache again if that is the quality !
I would’nt mind so much if they wasn’t so expensive.
Disappointing returns policy
Ordered 3 bras, all the same size. One fit beautifully and was an accurate representation of my size (I have had an accurate fitting, not an outdated fitting provided by some retailers), the other two were a very strange fit (one made me feel like Madonna in the cone bra when I looked down). I decided to return and was shocked to pay a £3.95 return fee. Despite Panache’s claims that most companies charge a return fee I haven’t paid a return fee in years, despite ordering online many, many times a year. I think it’s pretty normal now for free returns, especially on items as expensive as these. For clarity I did check the returns policy before ordering and it simply explains the process… sneakily no fee is mentioned. I can see from the reviews that my opinion is shared by many others. Unfortunately this rules me out of future purchases from Panache.
Won't be ordering again from them
Won't be ordering again from panache £3.95 to deliver and the same again to return so turned out to be an expensive process.
Come on panache you need to Look at this
Returns difficult
The bras are quite good, but they charge delivery for a shop that costed 150 pounds. Ok. I paid. Then one of the bras was too small, even though the same size of the others, but then they charge you back for their returns. So in the end I paid 10 pounds delivery in London for a shop that costed 150 pounds. Sounds silly.
Disgraceful returns process & misleading advertising
Purchased the Nina bra after receiving an email which stated it was based on the Jasmine. So I ordered the same size I was in Jasmine. The bra arrived and is NOTHING like the Jasmine - sizing much smaller, support not there, and the shape is totally different. The straps are also fully elasticated which is completely different to the Jasmine. The only similarity is that it has stretch lace on the top of the cups but that can be said for so many of their bras. I went to return only to find out they charge almost £4 to return! This is disgusting anyway but even more so after they have falsely advertised one of their items. I purchased this bra solely because it was advertised as being very similar to Jasmine, which fits me impeccably. It stands to reason anyone would order the same size they are in Jasmine. I have sent a message to their website to request a free returns label and have so far heard nothing back. Luckily I work in financial services and I know the Visa chargeback process like the back of my hand. If the company persist in ignoring me then I will raise a chargeback for goods not as described. And they can pay for me to return this hideous thing. This experience also means I will never shop with them again. I have since purchased two new bras from Bravissimo who are not perfect either, but have always been quick to resolve issues and make a bad experience a good one in the end. Cannot say the same for this lot.
Never again, charge for returns
Most women can appreciate how difficult getting a correctly fitting bra online is, to charge for returns is appalling.
Bad quality, fit and time wasted
Bad quality, fit and time wasted
To start with I have a body shape which the size of my cups is disportionally bigger than my band compared to the average. I don't often complain as it has always be hard to find consistancy across different shops when buying anything involving my breasts. I don't buy anything bigger than a 36 band size (a bigger band size doesn't equate to a better fit if the band size isn't the problem) and no matter the cup size the bra won't fit unless it is a very specific plunge/longline/high apex shape.
I bought a number of bikini styles and a tankini style to try on in different cup sizes.
- Compared to other brands of bikinis the a Panache Bikini cup size comes up a lot lot smaller than any other bra/bikini's I have tried (have a sizing chart of how you measure a cup size would be useful on your website). I have tried all the major bra brands due to the unusual shape of my body and breasts.
- I wouldn't say I had a long distance from where Panache bikini sits on my back and my shoulders but if the straps of a bikini (that had been lossened to it's fullest extent) don't comfortably fit over my arms but everything else than I would think there was something wrong with the sample size you used to work off for all your Bikini's and Tankini's.
- I purposely order bra styles that in theory should be suitable for my size and shape of my boobs. When the models in on your website don't seem to fit the bikini (Marina Plunge Bra) how are customers supposed to have confidence that your bikini's would fit them.
- It's an interesting feet of sewing to produce a plunge bikini's that a 36H and 36GG in the same style are completely different. How is it a natural plunge shape for the breast to be quashed as close to the breast bone that makes it not possible to breathe. It's not natural or comfortable for the boobs to be so quahsed that they create creases at the shoulder because the straps are too tight.
- How is it possible to the cup to not fit the middle because there isn't enough space at the sternum but the band rides up but is also tight with the boobs not fiiting in the material of the cups? You can't just increase the size of the bone of the bra without increasing the amount of material on the rest of the cup most boobs with small band sizes but big cup sizes aren't naturally flat.
- A supportive bra for big boobs shouldn't need to be so tight in order to be supportive, the straps shouldn't dig in and given someone back pain so you can say the "shape/fit last longer", there is no shape natural to any of the bikini's that were sent.
- Clearly the material isn't actually very durabve or the fit will last, if the bikini sizes were to true to size.
- The tankini is badly made it's a mind field how to put the tankini top on and also do up the back band.
- Panache clearly don't know how to make bras for poeple who have a disproportionate smaller band to cup size.
Finally I won't recommend Panache to any one I know, for one you can't gaurantee fit, the is no differing shap (just a differing amount of material depending on the size) and the cup sizes come up smaller than other DD+ bra companies and there is nothing on the website to state this. Unless there is a change on information on the website in order to make an imformed I wouldn't shop on Panache. The stuff I ordered I wo
Never again
I bought bikini separates in April ready for a holiday in June. When your size is unusual and you need separates, you tend to buy early. You can hardly start shopping for a bikini a few days before your much awaited holiday. I ordered through John Lewis thankfully. The bikini arrived, loved it, put away in a drawer ready to be packed.
Disaster, for the first time ever, the elastic on the bottoms didn’t do their job and left me with loose bottoms, not a good look and so disappointing. In 5 decades of wearing swimwear, this was a first.
I contacted John Lewis as soon as I got home but Panache make the decision so after over a weeks to-inf and fro-ing with Panache, photos being sent etc, Panache said they would refund the bottoms but not the top. Their reason was because I had purchased it in April. Ridiculous, what am I supposed to do with a bikini top without bottoms. John Lewis stepped up; they are a reputable company unlike Panache and refunded the top but they should not have had to.
Panache have lost at least one customer hopefully more as a result of their shoddy customer service practices.
Product great quality but not for me
Product great quality but not for me
Item returned but no refund received and I will have to either pursue this whilst on holiday or leave it for 3 weeks at a time when I cannot afford to be without this amount
