I booked tickets for my wife and I for Chaka Khan the musical for September 5th. The night before I had attended A&E and on the day of the show I still didn't feel very well and thought I would claim on the ticket protection insurance I had purchased, No!!! I couldn't use the protection as you need to claim 24hrs before. Maybe I should of read the small print but any protection I have purchased in the past has always let me with evidence cancel and claim a refund and not a voucher like London Theatre provide. So seeing as we couldn't claim we decided to try and see if I could attend the show, we travelled from Milton Keynes to Wembley and was sitting in a restaurant having a bite to eat pre Theatre. At 6.10pm I received a text to say due to illness the show was cancelled, these things happen unfortunately. London Theatre issued me a voucher to rebook or use for a different show, I have rebooked for the 26th September. I'm writing this review to say I was only issued the value of my tickets and no compensation for all the inconvenience incurred, please read the small print when booking ticket protection. This is the first time using London Theatre and it will be the last unfortunately.

You were very helpful. Posted a booking to pay my email. Unfortunately it didn't arrive for a while and I booked online. When your email arrived it was £20 a ticket cheaper so I contacted you. A reply said the online price was correct but you changed the seats to my original choice. Very prompt.

It was not all that clear when booking! We choose time at 07:30 and after that we made a choice cheapest price, in the column to the right and didn't release it just change to time to 03:00, so by mistake we booked the wrong time. We don't have the rescheduleable tickets so now it is screwed!
We arrive by plan that day so we hope we will be able to be there in time for the muscial!

Easy to find the ballet I wanted to see and easy to book. All very straightforward. Would recommend!

It was easy to book my tickets and they were reasonably priced

It was AWESOME, the inly thing that I didn’t like was when the cartoon started playing, that is not necessary and ruins the songs, besides that I loved it!!! I missed angel eyes and super trouper

I was assisted by Marika, who was very patient, warm, professional and responsive. I had to change my tickets and Marika was helpful in explaining the processe, answering any questions had…super knowledgeable. I was a little worried about comms being only through email, but this was absolutely not a problem as mentioned Marika was very responsive and came with solutions only. Great customer service on this occasion, would recommend.

We had to cancel our theatre tickets at short notice due to our son being taken into A&E at home. Finnian was extremely understanding of our situation, and the venue very kindly agreed to give us a refund.
Top customer service all round, very much appreciated by us.

Easy to purchase online, plenty of choices available,happy with purchase

I paid for my two daughters to see part-1 & part-2 of the Harry Potter plays as their Christmas present a few years ago, it cost my over £400, plus lunch to start and dinner in between the two parts, overall, it was over £600 for a special occasion as they are both big Harry Potter’s fans. The tickets I just bought fir October this year to see Part 1 with my wife were just over £60 for the two of us. The seat is high up on the balcony; we may need binoculars to see it, but significant savings and paying for the tickets online were very straightforward.
Hope we can get the tickets for part 2 at a similar price in due course.

Very easy booking process.

The Royal Mews. I was a little disappointed. I thought there would be more. Where are the horses? Empty horse stalls.
