Staff were very nice and attentive, the coffee was very good, the experience was marred as my car had a 9:30 slot for an MOT, it still had not moved by 10:00, maybe I should have bought sandwiches.

Extremely friendly staff (John service advisor) I travelled 140 miles to use this dealership for my Jaguar service and ill do in future, serviced while I waited car cleaned and i was away within 3hours.

Staff attentive. Job done on time . Pity I had to travel so far for the service though. Car wash and hoover were very poor windows left very dirty and vacuuming didn’t reach any corners. My local car wash does a much better job.cant fault the service pert.

My car was collected, serviced and MOT , and returned to me . Cleaned. Driver was very helpful. I received a video of the checks being done and details of what was found. I wanted further information about one item and filled in a form requesting the info I wanted and asking for callback. This didn't happen. I phoned later and got the information I wanted but after the car was returned.

Gearbox service
2 stars lost, sadly. I never received any updates. Didn’t get a call to say the service was complete. I had to ring a few times to enquire. When I went to collect had to wait around for a while before I was seen to.
The car wasn’t washed/vacuumed. Had to go back in and complain. It was washed but not to a good standard.

Don't trust them they lie about the mileage and service history. Tripple check everything or buy from someone else. We trusted the salesman and have lost hundreds of pounds.
