Bought the most expensive pool package they sell. They shipped it to my address in the Azores. Now I need replacement electrodes for my salt chlorinator. Now they tell me they do not ship to the Azores. This is terrible as I need these electrodes in order to use my pool. This is unacceptable customer support.
Paid for a swimming pool and cleaner only the cleaner arrived customer service is terrible i have to wait they are only quick to take money. Had a discount code which was wrong calculated in the system you have to fill in a complaint the only answer you get ticket closed. We call this scamming
Very poor quality pool. The liner developed multiple holes after just one year. The company refused to take responsibility and doesn't even offer replacement liners. Their customer support is practically nonexistent. Instead of helping customers repair their pools, they try to push them into buying an entirely new one. I strongly recommend buying from another brand.
I made a order on the 17-06 (
1094553) and they teel you that the order arrive in 48h. Today is the 23-06, and the order is in preparation (6 days an NO uptades). Im trying all the ways to talk to someone, and the chat, the whatsapp, is only AI and they dont tell any news about my problem. Dont recomend at all.
If you have a choice I would advice to look for something else. It is absolute rip off. Return is kind of does not exist, customer service lies about prices for return. I had most terrible experience and definitely cannot advice this company. That was a complete mistake and money loss in a try t exchange the product.
