I made a order on the 17-06 (
1094553) and they teel you that the order arrive in 48h. Today is the 23-06, and the order is in preparation (6 days an NO uptades). Im trying all the ways to talk to someone, and the chat, the whatsapp, is only AI and they dont tell any news about my problem. Dont recomend at all.

I made a purchase on November 28th, 2024 for a Coach suitcase. During the week, I received an email saying that shipments were delayed. Today, December 4th, 2025, I sent an email because my order was still being prepared, and I wanted an update. I received an email saying that orders were slightly delayed but that mine would arrive between December 9th and December 16th.
To my surprise, later that same afternoon I received another email saying that the item was out of stock and that my order had been cancelled. They also said it could take up to 5 business days to refund my money.
So I lost my purchase, and they only informed me 7 days after I placed the order. And from the date of my purchase until the latest date for the refund, up to 15 days may pass. I didn’t buy anything else, I couldn’t take advantage of any Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals because I had already made this purchase and didn’t have the money to buy another item
