Very disappointing experience with Impermo.
I placed my order, paid the full amount upfront, and scheduled the delivery two weeks in advance. Despite confirming the delivery date, my order is now two days overdue and still hasn't arrived.
The customer support team has been unhelpful. Every time I contact them, they simply refer me to the shipping company instead of taking ownership of the issue. They repeatedly provide delivery timelines that are not met, leaving customers without accurate information.
While the shipping company may be causing the delay, I placed my order and made my payment to Impermo, not the courier. Impermo should take responsibility for ensuring deliveries are made on time, provide honest updates, and compensate customers when significant delays occur instead of passing on inaccurate information.
If you're ordering from the Netherlands, I recommend being cautious before purchasing from Impermo, especially if your delivery is time-sensitive.
