Beautiful canvas, easy sale and super quick shipping

Unfortunately, the mailing box got wet so there are some white spots on top part of canvas. When I contacted ICanvas, they responded timely and offered replacement or store credit. Good customer service. I just suggested they wrap their paintings in plastic for mailing.

Pictures were packaged very well. Pictures were if very good quality. Very pleased with both pictures .

The colors in my painting were vivid and it was perfect for the little scene I composed with my little cottages in front of the village Santa was flying over. The fit was perfect and I’m glad there were a choice of sizes.

Canvas arrived exactly as I ordered. The turn around time was great and so is the quality of the print. As a retired owner of a digital print shop, I know quality when I see it!

Next time I'd like a guesstimate as to how long it will take to receive my special order an old picture of mine with my first horse friend. It would make the waiting easier and I could mark the caledar with your guesstimate between one date and another.

I wouldn't purchase from iCanvas again. I ordered an item that didn't work, and when I went to return it, I found they make you pay for the return, even after admitting they weren't clear on their policy about this and that they were updating it AFTER getting my feedback, but they still wouldn't honor the fact that what they had there now was misleading - "original shipping fees paid on the order are non-refundable" - and only tell you "Customers who wish to return their orders are responsible for the cost of shipping the return" once you tell them you want to return it. Then they tell you this, "we discovered that an important detail had been unintentionally omitted from our FAQs. While this is a relatively new policy, we unfortunately overlooked adding that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. That was our oversight, and we recognize that we did not provide the transparency you deserved." yet still only push for a store credit or exchange, even knowing they are in the wrong. They do this because it's cheaper for you to take a hit on the artwork than pay over $100 (mine was going to cost $116 )to return it. Horrible company, unclear policy and terrible response to what happened. Never again.

The artwork was just as it was pictured online. In fact, the colors are much more vibrant and deep in person. Definitely high-quality canvas art. I love my artwork from icanvas, I will be purchasing more in the future.

Love the quality of the artwork

I really like the picture. It fits great on the breakfast room wall. I only gave it four stars because the canvas itself is not as tightly stretched as I think it should have been however I’m not going through the process to return it .
