Our salesperson Kameron was awesome! He was so informative. He gave us time to try out the beds and he did not push us. We actually left and came back a couple days later and bought a tempur pedic from him. Thank you Kameron you made us feel uncomfortable and was just so sweet and kind!!!

Great for kids because there are games and a tv along with snacks to keep them entertained while the parents shop. Friendly staff and very helpful.

We visited Home Zone in Lake Worth on Sunday & Monday & was met by Daniel at the door with a sweet smile & warm greeting on both days. She was very friendly as well as professional. She gave us a chance to walk around on our own but came to check on us without being I overbearing & was happily available when we had a question. She is truly as asset to your store & is extremely customer service oriented!

Each time I have been to this store at the Allen location, I’ve had nothing but attentive and zero pressure customer service. I bought a beautiful platform bed from them and the delivery scheduling was super flexible and accommodating. The guys who set it up did a terrific job! Just bought a couch here for my mom and another great experience. Best furniture company I’ve ever dealt with.

Blake was amazing, he worked with us and helped us pick all the items (full bedroom set). The manager dude, however, can't remember his name (Brandon or something like that) was not pleasant. His attitude was take or leave it...he didnt care !!
