The delivery was poor
The delivery was poor.
Delivered to the door of an elderly lady who has physical limitations. Left outside and she was expected to bring the huge boxes into her home herself. Delivery men were rude and unhelpful. Asking her if she didn’t have a son who void help. Sadly her son had passed away with cancer years earlier!!! NOT GOOD!!!!

We're very sorry to hear about your delivery experience, particularly the way the person was spoken to. Regardless of the fact that deliveries are carried out by our courier partner DPD, this is not the level of service we expect anyone ordering from ITP Packaging to receive.
We completely understand why this was upsetting, and the comments made by the driver were especially inappropriate. We sincerely apologise for the distress this caused.

Very helpful on phone when I had unusual problem with my credit card payment when ordering 1000l IBC Tank.Sorted in 2 minutes. Order completed about 12.30. Delivered the next morning from 100+ miles away. “I don’t believe it!” Nice new tank too!
